Nick, 40, filmed his impressive hair-revamp in a video posted to his Instagram Stories page where he gushed “Ooh that texture.”
The Dish podcast host captured his new look on his phone while London-based stylist Ricky Walters held a mirror behind his head.
As he swirled around on the chair A-list stylist Ricky said: “Is that a little texture I see? Hello!
“Ooh yeah look at that texture. Look at those layers!”
Nick, giggling at the pair’s light-hearted banter, repeated his words and added: “Bloody hell.”
In his caption, he added: “I love my haircut and your nonsense, dream afternoon with TEXTURE fan.”
TOP CLASS
Ricky owns Salon64 in London’s Bateman Street, Soho, and is no stranger to a celeb client.
He previously exclusively said he would love to get his hands on X Factor judge Simon Cowell’s barnet.
Ricky also admitted he would also love to give former Prime Minister Boris Johnson a much-needed mega hair makeover.
He said: “Over the years I’ve styled hair for Sandra Bullock, Will.i.am and Arnold Schwarzenegger – all of my clients are very special.
“If I could pick any celebrity to do next – I would pick Simon Cowell.
“I reckon he has quite tough hair, I’d like to have a go at it.
“I feel like I could get my hands on his hair and do a good fade on that head of hair.”
Ricky, who started his hairdressing career at the age of 16 in a small salon in Pinner, said he’d also work his magic on some of the world’s most famous politicians.
“I’d like to do Boris Johnson and Donald Trump’s hair – I think these guys could all do with a little bit of attention,” he laughed.
His Instagram page describes him as a “builder of brands. Cutter of hair. Professional conversationalist.”
Images show him with clients including Made in Chelsea’s Emily Blackwell, Strictly’s Rose Ayling Ellis and model Jodie Kidd.
The salon also now boasts a private members club side of the business, dubbed CLUB64.
ON TOP
Ricky’s success comes after he left school with no GCSEs.
He previously explained: “The shock of entering the real world at 16 with no qualifications partnered with my love of the idea of earning my own income was a wake-up call.
“I completed my training in a Mayfair hair salon first, and then moved to a likeminded competitor to start building a client base.
“So I was cutting hair within a five star London hotel, rubbing shoulders with plenty of people of influence and celebrities.”
Now at the top of his game, his graft has paid off.
