Kaizer Chiefs have finally found Fernando Da Cruz’s replacement. Cedric Kaze is the new second assistant coach.
KAIZER CHIEFS: NASREDINE NABI WELCOMES CEDRIC KAZE
As previously reported in August, Da Cruz resigned to join the Morocco FA. Amakhosi have since appointed Burundi’s highly-rated Cedric Kaze.
“This is my brother. Cedric Kaze is my second assistant; we worked together at Young Africans,” said Nabi via FARPost.
“We won too many trophies with Young Africans. Very good moments and sometimes bad moments. He is a good guy with a big experience and too many skills.
“I thank Mr Kaizer [Motaung] Jr and Mr Bobby [Motaung] for giving me the opportunity for Kaze to come,” he said.
“I am very happy. He is a very good guy, a gentleman, and a very good coach. I am very happy about that,” the new Kaizer Chiefs tactician added.
