A MYSTERY pro athlete had to step in and stop a drunk Sean “Diddy” Combs from allegedly sexually assaulting a businessman at a party, claims a fresh lawsuit.

Pictures show the music mogul at a vodka-fuelled event which is believed to be the same one where the altercation took place in 2022.

The alleged victim – identified only as John Doe – claims Combs stripped off to his pants and exposed himself in front of the luxury car salesman in the rapper’s private office, claim court papers.

Combs was believed to have been hosting a star studded event celebrating the launch of his Ciroc vodka brand.

The jailed 54-year-old allegedly took the man into his office alone before grabbing at his genitals, the lawsuit claims.

The man was left “shocked, disoriented and frozen momentarily” by Comb’s inappropriate advance, the papers revealed.

Court documents say Combs only stopped the alleged attack after a sports star intervened after entering the office.

The businessman is then said to have fled the room and immediately left the party, according to the papers.

The businessman is said to run a Los Angeles-based company that rents out luxury cars and jewelry.

He says he only went to Combs’ party because the mogul had been a customer of his for years.

Combs allegedly made it clear that “high-profile guests in the music and entertainment business” would be there as well.

The alleged victim said in the suit that he managed to snap a photo of Combs sitting on a couch with “other high profile individuals”.

This image was included in the court files.

The Sun has reached out to Combs’ representatives for comment.

This is the latest in a string of allegations against Combs in recent months since he was arrested.

Over 100 civil claims have been brought against him while he also faces criminal charges for sex trafficking and racketeering.

Combs has denied all of the allegations against him.

On Sunday, he was hit with seven new abuse allegations made by four men and three women.

One claims Combs laced the baby oil used at his ‘Freak Off‘ parties with a date rape drug.

A lawsuit claims that Combs was known for dosing his guests with the date-rape drug GHB, mixing it in drinks and body oils, the New York Daily News reported.

Another new accuser has alleged that he was abused as a 17-year-old aspiring artist at a party with Combs.

The pair were at a Manhattan hotel penthouse in 2022 when Combs told him that “he could make him a star”, say court files.

The complainant alleged that Combs drugged him with a drink he handed him when he arrived.

Combs is then accused of grabbing the underage boy’s hand and forcing him to lay down in a bedroom full of several other people, according to the court docs.

He then allegedly molested the teen’s genitals “for an extended period of time” trying to get him aroused.

The former Bad Boys Record producer has reportedly now demanded to know the names of his alleged victims.

It comes after he was hit with six fresh allegations last week.

One of the lawsuits alleges Combs “brutally, orally raped” a man working for a rival clothing company in a Macy’s store.

As another alleged victim claims Combs groped him at a party in 1998 when he was just 16.

Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail twice.

He posted on Instagram for the first time since he was arrested and slammed with sex trafficking charges to wish his two-year-old daughter Love a happy birthday.

Combs’ trial date for the criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering has been set for May 5 next year.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges with one of his lawyers Erica Wolff saying the claims are “false and defamatory”.

Diddy’s downfall

By Forest McFarland, Senior News Reporter

BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest on Monday night, it had been highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations – and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Diddy were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Diddy was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Diddy was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Diddy chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Diddy’s mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Diddy also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Diddy forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he’s convicted on all counts.
