Best Black Friday deals: Technology, fashion, accessories & more

It will be on November 29 when the craziness of Black Friday commences.

Albeit over a month away, some brands have already begun giving shoppers an early glimpse of what they can expect when the day comes.

Deals are on the way

Numerous brands, from tech to apparel, have hinted their price slashes – some more obvious than others.

Africa’s largest retailer, Game, say customers can expect “the lowest prices of the year on a variety of items”.

Some of their upcoming Black Friday deals include a R3000 saving on the Samsung 65″ Smart QLED TV, R1000 off the Midea bottom fridge freezer 44,5 G HD-348RN, and discounts on food like maize, rice and pasta.

The online fashion and lifestyle brand Bash is another business who will be offering an array of discounts.

According to their website, shoppers can expect:

  • Fashion: Up to 50% off on selected fashion items.
  • Beauty: Up to 50% off on cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances.
  • Tech: Up to 70% off on laptops, smartphones, and other gadgets.
  • Jewellery: Up to 70% off diamonds
  • Home essentials: Savings of up to R8000 off on furniture, appliances, and décor.

Leading retailer Makro are also putting their Black Friday hat in the ring with deals on everything from printers and computers to food, alcohol and appliances.

You can expect a R1000 deduction on the Defy 43 microwave, R2000 off the Proline 35 cm (14″) V-Series Intel Core i5 Laptop, and R500 savings on the Philips 6.2L 1000 Series Air fryer.
