Kaizer Chiefs however will be without two key players. Let’s take a look at the details below.

Two Kaizer Chiefs players to miss Magesi match

Nasreddine Nabi will be without key midfielder Edson Castillo due to injury. The South American is expected to remain side-lined through injury until February 2025.

Defender Inacio Miguel will also miss out tonight, due to suspension. The talented defender however is expected to return for Kaizer Chiefs’ Carling Knockout quarter-final clash against Mamelodi Sundowns over the weekend.

In other news, a European club has reportedly entered the race to sign a key Kaizer Chiefs transfer target!

The Glamour Boys have strongly been linked with a Bafana Bafana star however, will this deal slip through their fingers once again?

According to the latest transfer gossip, Polokwane City star Oswin Appollis is not only a wanted man in Africa, but in Europe too!

The 23-year-old winger has five goals and seven assists for City in his opening 36 matches for the club.

And now, new reports suggest Kaizer Chiefs will face stiff competition for his signature!

Kaizer Chiefs linked Appollis wanted in Europe – Report

“Kaizer Chiefs are professional in the way they deal with transfers and they will go through the right channels again when the window opens again but other clubs have shown interest in Ossie as well,” an insider told Citizen.

“I can’t tell you which club in Europe wants him because it’s still too early to say but it’s not only in Africa where he’s in demand. At the end of the day, Polokwane City will have the final say because he has a contract with them.”

Next three Kaizer Chiefs league fixtures

Kaizer Chiefs next travel to the Peter Mokaba Stadium to face the newly-promoted Magesi FC this evening.

Kaizer Chiefs then host Mamelodi Sundowns in the Carling Knockout Cup on 02 November. Nabi’s side enjoy a lengthy break before eventually hosting Richards Bay on 27 November.
