MANILA, Philippines – Rebel Wilson has officially married her partner, Ramona Agruma, the actress shared in an Instagram post on Monday, September 30.
The actress and comedian, best known for her role as Fat Amy in Pitch Perfect, shared a photo of her and Agruma holding hands, both dressed off-shoulder gowns and carrying bridal bouquets.
In her post, Wilson revealed that the couple exchanged vows on September 29 in Sardinia, Italy.
The Hustle actress simply captioned the post “Married,” accompanied by a ring emoji, and noted the date as “Sardinia 28.9.24.”
Ramona Agruma celebrated the moment with heart emojis in the comments, while Wilson’s Pitch Perfect co-star Adam Devine, who portrayed Bumper in the franchise, expressed his excitement for the newlyweds.
“Both of you look stunning! Congrats Rebs. Look at us all grown up! So happy for you!” Devine commented.
In June 2022, Wilson introduced Agruma via Instagram as her partner. Agruma is a Los Angeles-based designer and owner of the sustainable fashion brand Lemon Ve Limon. In the Instagram post, shared during Pride month, Wilson wrote: “I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess.”
The 44-year-old actress revealed that she and Arguma were introduced by a mutual friend and spent several weeks talking on the phone before finally meeting in person. While Wilson didn’t specify when their relationship began, Agruma had been spotted in photos on the actress’ Instagram page as early as January 2022, providing hints on their connection before the official announcement in June.
The couple’s love story blossomed amidst Wilson’s journey to motherhood. She welcomed a daughter, Royce Lillian, via surrogate in November that same year.
The news of Wilson and Agruma’s engagement surfaced in October 2022 when the couple announced it to their friends at a Halloween party, where they were seen wearing engagement rings.
