Love Is Blind season seven has brought chaos, heartbreak and drama for Marissa and Ramses, but a deleted scene has released which is just heartbreaking to watch. Many crucial parts of the show were either not filmed or cut out of the final episodes, including a conversation between Marissa and Ramses which seems pretty harrowing based on what we know now.
The couple had a painful breakup which ended in tears from them both, and Marissa worried that she “wasn’t good enough” for him. Ramses had expressed doubts about her autoimmune disease affecting her sex drive.
In the deleted scene, Marissa and Ramses were talking about the future of their relationship over dinner. Both of them seemed hopeful about the journey ahead, but Marissa shared some of her insecurities so far.
“I always listen to my gut. Hopefully the gut doesn’t say anything. It hasn’t yet,” Marissa joked.
She then asked Ramses if he’d had any doubts about their relationship since leaving the pods, and he replied “if there are any doubts or if anything were to creep in, it’d probably be something I discover now… unless you reveal something about yourself that’s completely left of field.”
Marissa then told Ramses “maybe we always just think relationships are supposed to be difficult, and they’re not.” Sounds exactly like what she told him during their breakup scene, which is just pitiful to hear now. She also said she had “no doubts” about him.
Ramses explained “what I feel for you is very different from anything I’ve experienced and the fact that it can only grow exponentially, like, it’s exciting.” Talk about adding more salt to the wound Netflix!
