Inside bizarre football league where every single game is home match with unique pitches hosting four divisions at once

A BIZARRE football league sees teams play every game at home, with unique pitches hosting FOUR divisions at once.

The Bristol Downs League was formed almost 120 years ago and takes place every Saturday afternoon.

No less than 41 amateur teams, comprised of over 1,500 players, gather at 2pm on one giant field to compete across four divisions.

Incredibly, over 400 matches are played per season at the Clifton Downs, a massive 442-acre open parkland situated on top of Bristol’s Avon Gorge.

The huge space is divided into numerous football fields parked right alongside each other, allowing multiple matches to be played at the same time.

It means no team ever really plays away from home, with all fixtures effectively taking place in the same spot.

The Bristol Downs League was created way back in 1905 and has seen a host of sports stars take part over the years.

Former England and Arsenal captain Eddie Hapgood was one of the biggest football stars to ply his trade there in the early 1920s.

Ex-England cricket skipper Wally Hammond could also be found there trying his hand at the beautiful game nearly a century ago.

While former Scotland and Celtic goalie Jonathan Gould has fond memories of the Downs — having played there as a STRIKER.

FOOTBALL FREE BETS AND SIGN UP DEALS

He told BBC Sport: “The weather was not always great up on the Downs, it’s a little bit exposed.

“It’s incredible to think so many people come up here on a weekend and enjoy the game of football.

“How do we keep this going so in 100 years it’s still here? Maybe we put some money into it and keep it alive.

“The refs want to be here, the players want to be here. It’s part of the culture of Bristol Saturday afternoons — it’s incredible.”

GK Barry sparks concern she’ll QUIT I’m A Celeb instantly as she reveals fears in unearthed video

GK BARRY has sparked fears she’ll QUIT I’m A Celeb as an unearthed video reveals her biggest fears.

It comes after ITV was slammed for singing up the YouTube star, 25, following controversial comments she made on her recent Saving Grace podcast.

Splash

And now in an old clip, GK, real name Grace, has revealed that she’d struggle to survive in the wild.

While appearing on Loose Women last month, Kaye Adams asked the influencer how she would cope in camp.

GK replied: “I would die. I’m looking into that camera now, I would die.

“I hate the dark, I hate insects, I don’t have a positive bone in my body, I would just give up straight away.

“I just think it’s not for me.”

She added: “Some people are outdoorsy and some people are sit and do nothing, and I’m sit and do nothing, and that’s fine.”

Some fans are convinced that GK won’t make it past the first week.

One wrote: “Hates insects but going on I’m A Celeb,” followed by a laughing emoji.

A second said: “She is gonna end up with all the eating challenges with her emetophobia.”

A third said: “She won’t be able to cope in there, she’ll be first out.”

Last week, GK as slammed for comments deemed to be “harmful” after her chat with Only Fans creator Bonnie Blue, who recently made headlines for bedding a series of University students during Fresher’s Week.

She has also boasted about sleeping with a dad and his son.

The podcast host – who turned down a Strictly spot for a stint in the I’m A Celeb jungle – is now in the midst of an “absolute PR nightmare,” a source has told us.

They were first to tell The Sun of the sheer impact on show planning and said: “I’m A Celeb is a family show and they can’t have anyone on there who agrees with sleeping with barely 18 years olds.

“The top brass have held crisis talks as to how they handle the backlash with GK enters the show.

GK has deleted the video but the furore hasn’t gone away.

“The backlash is already huge on YouTube and social media this is an absolute PR nightmare for ITV.

“They rely on advertisers wanting to spend money on the show and it’s not a good look when one of the campmates has had someone so controversial on her podcast and agreed with everything she said.”

FAN FURY

Fans were quick to round on Grace after her episode with Bonnie was released.

They called out how she dealt with the difficult subject matter and accused her of platforming “harmful behaviour” and a being “disgrace to feminism“.

Thousands have shared their concerns that her 3.6million TikTok followers are largely under 20 – and questioned jungle bosses decision to sign her up for ITV’s family friend show.

One wrote online: “Her audience is 13-20 year old girls. Young and impressionable. This is not the message young girls should be hearing. We need to start de-platforming.”

Another added: “GK Barry having bonnie blue on her pod and AGREEING with the harmful s*** she was saying is beyond disappointing. Do better babe.”

A third said: “GK Barry agreed with all Bonnie said and it’s sickening. What was said is disturbing and has nout to do with feminism. The glorification of [sex work]  has put girls and young women in serious danger.

Bonnie went on a tour of universities during Freshers Week, aiming to sleep with as many students as possible for free, as long as she could upload the footage to OnlyFans.

It came after Grace revealed Love Island star Ekin-Su threatened to sue her after she chatted about the actress on her platform.

But he wasn’t the easiest of signings for ITV bosses.

Back in 2021 – ahead of taking part in a charity special of The Circle with Rickie Haywood-Williams – Melvin said: “We have been asked to do I’m a Celebrity.

“We had a meeting with the team, and we’re both really scared of any bugs, any animals.

“I think it’s an amazing show to watch. I think it’s so entertaining, but I don’t think I could hack being in the jungle. I’d be too scared.”

Melvin competed in the 2016 series of Strictly Come Dancing, but he and celebrity partner Janette Manrara were the first couple to leave the series.

He went on to win the Strictly Christmas special in 2016.

I’m a Celebrity fans don’t have much longer to wait to see the new batch of celebs face their fears.

The new series is set to start on Sunday, November 17 – less than two weeks away.

Joining Melvin Down Under are huge names including Love Island beauty Maura Higgins, singer Tulisa, wag Coleen Rooney and boxing legend Barry McGuigan.

Yesterday The Sun revealed podcast host GK Barry’s place in the jungle is “at risk” after controversial comments on her Saving Grace show.

I'm A Celebrity 2024

As the hit ITV show enters into its 24th series, a brand new batch of famous faces look set to enter the Aussie jungle once again to face terrifying Bushtucker Trials and living amongst the critters in camp in order to come out on top and be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle. The Sun's Jake Penkethman takes a look at the stars heading Down Under this year...

  • Coleen Rooney – Arguably the most famous name heading into the camp, the leading WAG, known for her marriage to Wayne Rooney, will be making a grand return to TV as she looks to put the Wagatha Christie scandal behind her. The Sun revealed the mum-of-four had bagged an eye-watering deal worth over £1.5million to head into the camp this year making her the highest-paid contestant ever.
  • Tulisa – The popstar and former X Factor judge looks set to be making a triumphant TV comeback by signing up to this year’s I’m A Celeb after shunning TV shows for many years. Known for being a member of the trio, N-Dubz, Tulisa became a household name back in 2011 when she signed on to replace Cheryl on ITV show The X Factor in a multi-million pound deal.
  • Alan Halsall – The actor, known for playing the long-running role of Tyrone Dobbs on ITV soap opera Coronation Street, was originally signed up to head Down Under last year but an operation threw his scheduled appearance off-course. Now he will be hoping to become the latest Corrie star to win over both the viewers and his fellow celebrities when he gets into camp.
  • Melvin Odoom – The Radio DJ has become a regular face on TV screens after rising to fame with presenting roles on Kiss FM, BBC Radio 1 and 4Music. He has already been for a spin on the Strictly dancefloor and co-hosted The Xtra Factor with Rochelle Humes in 2015 but now he is facing up to his biggest challenge yet – the Aussie jungle.
  • GK Barry – The UK’s biggest social media personality, GK, whose real name is Grace Keeling, has transformed her TikTok stardom into a lucrative career. Aside from her popular social media channels, she hosts the weekly podcast, Saving Grace, and regularly appears on ITV talk show, Loose Women. She has even gone on to endorse popular brand such as PrettyLittleThing, KFC and Ann Summers.
  • Dean McCullough – A rising star amongst this year’s bunch of celebs, Dean first achieved notability through his radio appearances on Gaydio and BBC Radio 1. He was chosen to join the BBC station permanently in 2021 and has featured prominently ever since. He has enjoyed a crossover to ITV over the past year thanks to his guest slots on Big Brother spin-off show, Late & Live.
  • Oti Mabuse – The pro dancer has signed up to her latest TV show after making her way through the biggest programmes on the box. She origianlly found fame on Strictly Come Dancing but has since branched out into the world of TV judging with appearances on former BBC show The Greatest Dancer as well as her current role on ITV’s Dancing On Ice.
  • Danny Jones – The McFly star was drafted into the programme last minute as a replacement for Tommy Fury. Danny is the second member of McFly to enter the jungle, after Dougie Poynter won the show in 2011. He is also considered a rising star on ITV as he’s now one of the mentors on their Saturday night talent show, The Voice, along with bandmate Tom. A jungle insider said: “As well as bringing some of the star appeal of the group with him, he’ll be supplying some serious guy candy for the campmates and viewers at home.”
  • Maura Higgins – The Irish TV beauty first found fame on Love Island where she found a brief connection with dancer Curtis Pritchard. Since then, she has competed on Dancing On Ice as well as hosting the Irish version of the beauty contest, Glow Up. Since last year, she has been working on building up her career in the US by being the social media correspondent and host of Aftersun to accompany Love Island USA. She even guest hosted an episode of the spin-off, Love Island Games, in place of Maya Jama last year.
  • Jane Moore – The Loose Women star and The Sun columnist will be braving the creepy crawlies this year. The star is ready for a new challenge – having recently split from her husband. It will be Jane’s first foray into reality TV with the telly favourite having always said no to reality shows in the past.
  • Barry McGuigan – Former pro boxer Barry will become the latest fighting champ to head Down Under following in the footsteps of Tony Bellew and Amir Khan. It comes after a tough few years for Irish star Barry, who lost his daughter Danika to breast cancer. He told The Late Late Show in 2021: “She was such an intrinsic part of the family that every day we ache.”
  • Rev. Richard Coles – Former BBC radio host the Rev Richard Coles is set for I’m A Celebrity — and is ready to let rip at his old employer. The former Communards and Strictly star, 62, said the BBC did not know its a**e from its elbow last year.An insider said: “Rev Coles will have a variety of tales to tell from his wild days as a pop star in the Eighties, through to performing on Strictly and his later life as a man of the cloth.”

A quiz will reveal which kind of pyjama wearer you are[/caption]

While 40 per cent have also been known to wear PJs while doing everyday tasks like gardening, driving, and food shopping.

Other scenarios include when taking the kids to school, when walking the dog, and even during jaunts to the seaside.

And of those who own pyjamas, it appears 18 to 24-year-olds are leading the trend with 74 per cent having worn them out and about.

In contrast, just 32 per cent of those aged 55 plus have done so.

The research was commissioned by sleepwear designer Peter Alexander, which has also created a quiz where you can find out what type of pyjama wearer you are.

It covers what you look for in your PJs, how you choose them, your preferred fabric, and what point in the day you change into them – are you more interested in style, comfort, cosiness or functionality?

Brand founder and creative director, Peter Alexander, said: “The lines between the time we spend at work and the time we spend relaxing are blurring.

“This trend appears to extend to loungewear and everyday style.

“Wearing pyjamas outside is like bringing a slice of home wherever you go—cosy, carefree, and unapologetically yourself.”

The study also found found 67 per cent of adults wear pyjamas – owning four sets on average.

And of those who possess a pair, 32 per cent consider putting on a new pair to be one of their favourite things.

With 26 per cent of those who own a set admitting they’d happily wear them all the time if they could.

While 27 per cent admit there are times when they spend all day in their beloved sleepwear without getting changed.

And 28 per cent revealed the first thing they do when they get home is get out of their work garbs and into their bedtime attire.

The appeal of such clothing includes how comfortable they feel (69 per cent), the feeling of coziness they provide (56 per cent), and the sense of relaxation they get when wearing them (50 per cent).

Almost a fifth (16 per cent) also associate childhood memories with PJs further adding to their appeal.

Non-negotiables on PJs include comfort (82 per cent), price (64 per cent), material (62 per cent), fit (59 per cent), and style (49 per cent).

And the most popular material is cotton (54 per cent).

It also emerged 25 per cent of those polled and their family own matching pyjamas, and 31 per cent possess at least one Christmas pair.

Carried out through OnePoll, the study found most (60 per cent) tend to buy their own PJs but 15 per cent rely on others to purchase them.

While 54 per cent have bought sleepwear as a gift for someone else at one time or another.

Peter Alexander added: “Comfort isn’t just for the nighttime, so pyjamas shouldn’t be either.

“We are most relaxed and comfortable in our PJs, so why wouldn’t you want those feelings all day long.

“There’s joy in letting the outside world see you at your most relaxed – comfort doesn’t have to stay behind closed doors.”

Closed-down UK airport reveals plans to reopen in just 18 months

A UK airport that was forced to close down in 2022 has revealed that it could reopen as soon as 2026.

Doncaster Sheffield Airport once operated flights to destinations such as Spain and Cyprus.

Doncaster Sheffield could open by spring 2026 – four years after it closed[/caption]

However, it shut in November 2022 after the airport owners said it was no longer viable to remain open.

Despite this, it has worked on reopening in recent years.

And Ros Jones, the city’s mayor, said that they had reached a “major milestone” in reopening.

She said: “Please rest assured we are working as hard as possible to get the airport reopened with the aim of being operational by spring 2026.”

This means flights could restart from the airport in just 18 months.

South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) has been asked to put £3million towards reopening the airport, the BBC reports.

They said in a statement: “Given the significant levels of investment, the Mayor and the rest of the SYMCA board remain determined to ensure an appropriate level of public control over decisions impacting the future of the airport, and to take as much time as necessary to get the deal right.

And the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is also working to allow airlines to operate in the airspace again, which can take anywhere between a year and 18 months.

Ms Jones previously said: “I cannot emphasise enough the importance of retaining our airspace, our MPs continue to engage with the Aviation Minister in relation to this.”

The local council has signed an 125-year lease for the site, in co-operation with the current owners Peel.

While Mr Jones said thy would “name the airport operator when they could, TUI has already expressed interest in launching flights from Doncaster Sheffield Airport when it reopens.

They said: “TUI has always supported Doncaster Sheffield Airport, proudly flying customers from the region and were disappointed when the airport closed.

“We’re excited about actively engaging with stakeholders about a potential re-opening”.

The airport first opened in 2005 and was even named one of the best in the UK.

Previously named Robin Hood Airport, it welcomed up to 2.8million passengers a year, being one of just two commercial airports in Yorkshire.

Flying to as many as 50 destinations in Europe, both Wizz Air and TUI operated flights.

However, Wizz Air pulled out of the airport before its closure, leaving just TUI until 2022.

It isn’t clear if Wizz Air would return to the airport on it’s reopening.

And Doncaster Sheffield isn’t the only UK airport hoping to reopen.

    1. Humberside – 136,976

Humberside stands out as the quietest UK airport with 136,976 terminal departures in 2023

    1. Southend – 146,072

Second on the list goes to Southend, as Southend-on-Sea airport had 146,072 departures

    1. Teesside – 226,557

With 226,557 terminal passengers last year, Teesside International Airport will be one of the quietest for UK travellers

    1.  Norwich – 357,852

Norwich is also one of the quietest airports in the UK with 357,852

    1. Newquay – 408,870

To round out the list, Cornwall airport in Newquay ranks inside the top 5 with 408,870 passengers

Kent’s Manston Airport has expressed desires to relaunch commercial flights.

And Plymouth Airport – which closed 13 years ago – could also reopen to the public, serving a million passengers a year.

Fans had claimed Pete was ‘overmarked’ for his Freddie Mercury-inspired Salsa[/caption]

At the time, fans blasted show judges for “overmarking” Pete and his professional partner Jowita Przystal, 30, during their error filled Freddie Mercury-inspired Icons Week routine.

Gutted Pete‘s sweet apology message to his show partner after the dance wrapped then came to light.

Now Ola – who left Strictly in 2015 after a decade on the show – has bluntly called out Pete, 36, and said: “I can see Pete tries so hard and I felt sorry for him because he messed up badly at the beginning of his routine, but his lifts were amazing.”

She candidly added: “He is on borrowed time, but people love Pete and he is getting the votes.

“He’s got an audience who are obviously voting for him and keeping him out of the bottom two.

“As soon as he goes into the bottom two, he will be gone because he’s the weakest dancer.”

Reinforcing her point Ola, who teamed up with Mecca Bingo, said: “He was by far the worst one in a competition on Saturday.”

    OPENING UP

Pete shared a post admitting he was “overwhelmed” after the duo were saved from both the eviction and dance off on Sunday.

He took to his Instagram Stories to upload a shot showing him dressed as the We Will Rock You hitmaker with a lengthy caption which read: “I don’t even know what to say … I’m very humbled and a bit overwhelmed.

“It wasn’t a good night for me and I know just how lucky I am to still be part of the show but thank you everyone.

“Jowita worked so hard last week and there is no way I would have ever made it this far without her.

“I will bounce back, this week is going to be a bit of an emotional one for me and your support means so much.”

He finished off the heart-wrenching post with a black emoji love heart.

Meanwhile, Pete has now opened up on former show winner Jowita’s hidden injury during their routine.

Reddit users were stunned by the man’s confession and encouraged him to get a divorce[/caption]

But if that wasn’t bad enough, he confessed that he has ‘literally zero guilt’ about the situation.

Keen to open up, the man took to social media to share his infidelity, leaving many open-mouthed.

Posting on the r/TrueOffMyChest forum on Reddit, under the @throwaway19821108, the man titled his post ‘I’m cheating on my wife with her best friend and I think I’m falling for her.’

Sharing context of the situation, he then explained: “Whole thing is super f****d up. I’ve been married to my wife for seven years, been together since 2006.

“For the most part, she’s an amazing, smart, funny, and attractive woman. She has four degrees and she’s a teacher at a local elementary school

“Most people think I’m f*****g nuts even when I need to blow off a little steam about her. She’s literally untouchable when it comes to venting to my friends or family. That’s how highly everyone thinks of her.”

But despite his ‘attractive’ wife, the man confessed that he struggles to stay loyal.

He added: “I, for the life of me, cannot keep my d**k in my pants. I’ve had several one night stands since getting married and I mostly hate myself for that s**t.

“I slept with one of my best friends back in January and we have not hung out since because we both feel horrible about it.”

The anonymous man then shared how he has grown closer to one of his wife’s best friends, as he continued: “My wife has two best friends, M and D. They live on opposite sides of a duplex.

“We’ve known M for many years and she moved in next door to D about eight years ago.

“D was already on her second marriage (from which she has two children) at the time, soon headed for her second divorce

“She was single for a few years before eventually meeting someone she loved, and literally on her third marriage at 34, a wedding which we actually attended last year.

“We started hanging out with D and her husband R a lot more often since they got married. Some of it was convenience since she lived next door to M and we were already hanging out with her and her new boyfriend but we really enjoyed their company.

“They’re about the same age as us and into some of the same things. Slowly, I started realising how similar D and I are, to the point that others in our group of six pointed it out.

The ego boost was nice, and my wife was being an a*****e at the time

    Reddit poster

“I’m not gonna go into detail about that, but it’s shocking how similar we are on multiple levels.

“I’m not stupid. I can tell when a woman likes me more than friends, even if she is married. I can pick up on hints.”

He claimed that things then progressed when his wife’s friend would send him random text messages, as he shared: “When D started texting me about random b******t here and there outside of our group chat back in January or February, I knew what was up.

“I kind of hoped it would die out, but again, I’m a piece of s**t and just fed into it.

Four red flags your partner is cheating

Private Investigator Aaron Bond from BondRees revealed four warning signs your partner might be cheating.

They start to take their phone everywhere with them

In close relationships, it’s normal to know each other’s passwords and use each other’s phones, if their phone habits change then they may be hiding something.

Aaron says: “If your partner starts changing their passwords, starts taking their phone everywhere with them, even around the house or they become defensive when you ask to use their phone it could be a sign of them not being faithful.”

“You should also look at how they place their phone down when not in use. If they face the phone with the screen facing down, then they could be hiding something.”

They start telling you less about their day

When partners cheat they can start to avoid you, this could be down to them feeling guilty or because it makes it easier for them to lie to you.

“If you feel like your partner has suddenly begun to avoid you and they don’t want to do things with you any more or they stop telling you about their day then this is another red flag.”

“Partners often avoid their spouses or tell them less about their day because cheating can be tough, remembering all of your lies is impossible and it’s an easy way to get caught out,” says Aaron.

    Their libido changes

Your partner’s libido can change for a range of reasons so it may not be a sure sign of cheating but it can be a red flag according to Aaron.

Aaron says: “Cheaters often have less sex at home because they are cheating, but on occasions, they may also have more sex at home, this is because they feel guilty and use this increase in sex to hide their cheating.  You may also find that your partner will start to introduce new things into your sex life that weren’t there before.”

    They become negative towards you

Cheaters know that cheating is wrong and to them, it will feel good, this can cause tension and anxiety within themselves which they will need to justify.

“To get rid of the tension they feel inside they will try to convince themselves that you are the problem and they will become critical of you out of nowhere.  Maybe you haven’t walked the dog that day, put the dishes away or read a book to your children before bedtime.  A small problem like this can now feel like a big deal and if you experience this your partner could be cheating,” warns Aaron.

“The ego boost was nice, and my wife was being an a*****e at the time (not so much that she deserves a cheating husband, no one does).

“It wasn’t exactly a fast-moving thing, but over the course of a few months, we are now just looking to spend an hour here and an hour there together. We’re all pretty busy so this s**t is difficult.

“It’s hard to explain why I’m so crazy about D. She just gets me. Like, on a molecular level, and me, her. And we’ve acknowledged this.

“I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever felt about A the way I do about D. Some people might just think it’s because it’s something new, but again, I f****d one of my best friends and I’m not hung up on that.”

I have literally zero guilt about this affair. I know the path that I’m on, and I don’t think I hate it

    Reddit poster

But the 38-year-old admitted that whilst he is constantly thinking about his wife’s pal, he doesn’t feel any guilt about the affair.

He concluded: “So here I am losing my mind about my wife’s best friend, who’s on her third marriage and probably a little unhinged.

“I’m constantly f*****g distracted just thinking about her.

“Prior instances, I could barely look at myself in the mirror, but I have literally zero guilt about this affair. I know the path that I’m on, and I don’t think I hate it.”

    Reddit users react

Reddit users were left open-mouthed by the man’s confession and flocked to the comments to share their thoughts.

Many slammed the man for his actions and encouraged him to file for a divorce.

Please divorce your wife, she deserves better

    Reddit user

One person said: “Divorce your wife so she can move on and find another man. Then you can both be happy.”

Another added: “At least man up and tell her, she doesn’t deserve that.”

A third commented: “I feel like if you’ve cheated on her multiple times and don’t feel awful, probably just get a divorce, things are never gonna be good.”

Meanwhile, someone else advised: “Please divorce your wife, she deserves better.”

Jockey who lives double life as TV singer on BBC show wins Melbourne Cup on 100/1 shot in incredible photo finish

JOCKEY Robbie Dolan who mesmerised with his singing on The Voice clinched victory in his debut at the Melbourne Cup on a 100/1 shot in a thrilling photo finish.

The Irishman, 28, came to many people’s attention in 2022 when he turned three chairs and joined Rita Ora’s team on the Australian version of the BBC show with a rendition of James Bay’s “Let It Go”.

Dolan appeared on the Australian version of The Voice two years ago

But on Tuesday he was back in more familiar territory in Australia as he took to the saddle on outsider Knight’s Choice in “the race that stops a nation”.

And on his first Melbourne Cup start he guided the 100/1 shot to victory – a triumph which carries a £4.1million prize pot.

Knight’s Choice and 25/1 Japanese runner Warp Speed battled it out in the closing stages but it was the Irishman who prevailed to claim a shock win.

Speaking to Australia’s Channel Nine after the race, he said: “Pinch me, I think I’m dreaming! It’s incredible, I can’t believe it.

“I’ve never ridden in this race before so I didn’t know what to expect, but I feel like I’ve ridden in it 10 times because I’ve ran the race in my head before I got here.

“It panned out exactly as I thought it would. I thought I’d be closer, but they went quick and I decided I ride him for luck as I know he’s got a good turn of foot.

“Sheila and John were so confident in this horse before he got to the race, a lot of people doubted him but I didn’t.”

He also revealed his dad Bobby, who was a part of a horse training team which produced Cup wins in 1993 and 2002, had jetted over to Australia for the race.

He said: “My dad flew in from Ireland for this.

“I woke up the other morning and he was standing in the kitchen, I couldn’t believe it.”

Dolan revealed two years ago his love of music after impressing on The Voice.

He said: “I don’t know anything technical about music, but I’ve always been singing in the car, on the way to the races and in the shower.

“I’m not too sure if I can even sing well enough for something like this.

“I just know that I love singing, it’s definitely from the heart.

“It’s pretty exciting – it feels like a dream at this stage. Singing has always just been a hobby to me.

“I did school plays years and years ago and always really enjoyed singing.

“Racing took over my life but just recently I’ve started to learn guitar and try to do a few gigs.

“It’s a step away from racing. I’d love to get into it but it’s hard to have two lives and racing is everything at the moment.

“They are very different worlds but once I got the opportunity to perform on The Voice I was like, ‘why not, what have I got to lose?'”
