Police said the truck driver was shot and “neutralised” by armed civilians in the area.
They are investigating a possible motive but suspect it was a terror attack, The Times of Israel reports.
The attack happened outside an Israel Defence Forces (IDF) base in Glilot.
A bus had reportedly stopped at the station outside the base to drop off passengers when the truck rammed into the stop, and those waiting there.
Magen David Adom – Israel’s emergency service – has taken 35 victims to hospital.
The figure includes six in serious condition, five in moderate condition and 20 who are lightly hurt, MDA has said.
They said in a statement: “At 10:08 AM, a report was received in MDA’s 101 Emergency Call Center in the Yarkon Region of a truck hitting a bus stop on Aharon Yariv Boulevard in Ramat Hasharon.
“MDA EMTs and Paramedics are currently providing medical treatment on site to dozens of casualties.”
Many of those injured were OAPs who had just evacuated a bus to visit a nearby museum, according to local media reports.

Corrie's most famous villains
Richard Hillman (Brian Capron) – arguably the most famous villain in soap history. The character has multiple killings to his name. Richard left his former business partner Duggie Ferguson (John Bowe) to die before he murdered his ex-wife Patricia (Annabelle Apsion) who threatened to expose his dodgy dealings. He attempted to kill his mother-in-law Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls) by setting her house on fire. He later killed her co-worker Maxine Peacock (Tracy Shaw) after she caught him in the act of attempting to strike Emily Bishop (Eileen Derbyshire) with a crowbar. Eventually he confessed his crimes to Gail (Helen Worth) before driving the Platt family into the canal. They all survived, but Richard drowned.
Mad Maya (Sasha Behar) – She may not have the most kills to her name, but no true Corrie fan will be able to forget ‘Mad Maya’s’ stint. Maya Sharma first started out as an innocent lawyer. However her true nature was revealed when she kidnapped Tyronne’s () dog and threatened to kill Dev Alahan () unless he proposed. Things soon turn nasty when Sunita () received the news that she has a brain tumour. The pair rekindle their romance and they end up getting married. However, Maya ruined their big day by reporting Sunita to the police for bigamy. Not done there, she plans to kill them both as she sets fire to all of Dev’s shop empire and trapping them both upstairs after she set fire to the corner shop with the gas and stove on. When they are miraculously rescued, she attempts to run them over.
Pat Pheelan (Connor McIntyre) – Pat was introduced as an acquaintance of Owen Armstrong (Ian Puleston-Davies), before embarking on a revenge plot. He creates a fraudulent property scheme which caused the death of Michael Rodwell (Les Dennis). He kidnapped Andy Carver (Oliver Farnworth) and Vinny Ashford (Ian Kelsey). This was before he framed his arch-nemesis Anna Windass for GBH after he pushed Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni) off a ladder. He then murdered both Any as well as Luke Britton (Dean Fagan). He eventually met a gruesome end when he held most of the residents of the street hostage in the Bistro. He was stabbed by Anna Windass after he shot Michelle (Kym Marsh).
Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew) – Geoff started off as the innocent father to Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) and he was a local Weatherfield celebrity owing to his radio show and his ‘The Great Magnifico’ magic act. He later embarked on a romantic relationship and married with Yasmeen (Shelley King). However, he had a nasty streak as he controlled her in every way. He made sure she was reliant on him for everything including financially, he constantly bullied and belittled her, locked her in the magician’s box despite the fact she was claustrophobic, and he even forced her to eat her own pet chicken. Later she snapped and stabbed him in the neck. This was before she was arrested for attempted murder. However, his nearest and dearest soon discovered his true nature and they turned against him. He tried to sabotage the trial by threatening his ex-wife, but she stood up to him in an epic court showdown. After Yasmeen was released, Geoff died shortly after when he set fire to their home and fell off the roof.
Kirsty Soames (Natalie Gumede) – Kirsty was first seen on Corrie on a night out when Tommy Duckworth (Chris Fountain) paid her to flirt with Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall). Later she makes her interest very clear and they end up together. After she gets sacked from her job as a policewoman, Tyrone gets her a job at Underworld factory as a packer. She is utterly horrified and she lashed out at Tyrone with a ladle. Kirsty apologised and Tyrone pretended to all his friends the injuries were accidental. However, this pattern continued. Over several incidents she forced him up against a door, smashed household plates and pictures, bruised him after beating him with a vacuum cleaner, throws a candlestick at his head and she locks him inside the house. However, one time she tried to hit him but she lost her balance and fell down the stairs. She lies to the police and tells them that it was Tyrone who was beating her. Tyrone was put in prison after he broke bail conditions when he went on the run with his daughter. During the period of the trial, she struggles to look after baby Ruby. She throws a cup at Julie (Katy Cavanagh) before exposing her own behaviour by slapping her. Kirst then stormed into the courtroom and confessed that she was the monster, not Tyrone.
He explained why squirrels love to dig up bulbs, which ones they will avoid, and how to stop them if you want to grow tulips.
Why do squirrels eat Spring bulbs?
Chris said: “The big problem people encounter with spring bulb planting is squirrels – particularly tulips.
“Bulb planting season is in the autumn and that coincides with squirrels habit of harvesting food for winter; a lot of their natural food sources are protein-rich, and bulbs are one of those things, so [are] nuts and seeds.
“They’re natural food sources are dwindling, [and] a lot of things are falling to the ground, so squirrels are naturally out and about looking for food – bulbs are one of those things unfortunately.”
How to stop squirrels stealing bulbs
“A really good method we use to stop squirrels stealing bulbs in our pots is using chicken wire,” he explained.
You can buy chicken wire from a variety of places – including Amazon, B&Q and Tesco.
“Once you’ve planted your bulbs up, place your wire over the top of the pot and crimp it round, so it’s nice and secure, and can’t get through the wire to dig them up.
“Once they’ve [spring bulbs] shot, the squirrels don’t tend to bother with them and you can remove the wire and allow the bulbs to come up.
Chris demonstrating how to use chicken wire to cover your plant pot[/caption]
“You can use this method on bare ground if you’re on an empty bed or allotment bed, and a nice aesthic choice would be to mulch over the top, to hide the mesh, just some leaf mould or composted bark.
“Other than that, if you’re planting in mixed beds, plant the [spring] bulbs in and amongst other plants, it makes them harder to search out for the squirrels – it makes it more work, so they’ll be less likely to bother and will go and find an easier food source.”
What spring bulbs don’t squirrels like to eat?
If you’re tired of squirrels digging up and snacking on your delicate tulip and crocus bulbs, defeat them another way by growing bulbs they don’t like.
They will easily find tastier food in another garden, so planting bulb plants squirrels don’t like is the easiest way to grow perennial flowers without worrying about underground raiders.
Chris said: “Some spring bulb varieties squirrels won’t go for – daffodils are a good one, [and] hyacinths they don’t seem to go for.
“Fritillarias, alliums and any of the onion family I guess because they smell so bad, and snowdrops – they tend to not go for snowdrops either!”
Top 5 spring bulbs to plant now
Chris, the Ornamental Gardens supervisor, at The Lost Gardens of Heligan in Cornwall revealed his favourite plants.
Daffodils – there are huge varieties to choose from and generally perennial so they’re really good at naturalising.
Snowdrops – every garden should have a snowdrop!
Camassias, Fritillarias and alliums – and that will see you right through from early spring into early summer.
Top tip! When planting, the general rule is two to three times the depth of a bulb. If planting in pots, you’re dictated to by the size of a pot. Generally, in a pot, it’s twice the bulb’s depth. There are a lot of planting tools with a depth gauge. so it’s really easy to measure your bulb and appropriately plant according to that depth.
Georgia has loved sharing what they get up to on her Instagram, and James regularly appears in her posts.
The two have ticked off various milestones in their relationship, so the engagement doesn’t come as a surprise.
Earlier this year they revealed their huge step – that she was moving in with James.
Toff could be seen beaming in the businessman’s arms as she revealed they’re already living together.
She said on Instagram: “Happiest when with YOU…which is encouraging as @brewdogjames just asked me to move in!
“We basically live together anyway but I’m excited to make it official.

2 weeks agoNewsComments Off on Wolves lining up £20million transfer for Watford Euro 2024 star to help rescue them from Prem relegation
WOLVES will make Watford’s Georgian star Giorgi Chakvetadze a top target in January as they seek a Premier League saviour.
Gary O’Neil’s men need new attacking inspiration and lively Chakvetadze, 25, has been on top form this season.
Scouts watched the midfielder against Leeds on Tuesday and he is short-listed as a buy if the Molineux club can wheel and deal in the window.
Wolves have been sellers recently but a purchase may save their top-flight skins.
Watford would want up to £20million for a player who signed a fresh five-year deal only a month ago, however, and other Prem clubs have an eye on Chakvetadze.
The Georgian international initially joined the Hornets on loan from Gent last summer.
His loan move was then made permanent in February for around £2million.
As well as penning a new deal, he has scored once and provided two assists in 12 Championship appearances this term.
Meanwhile, the midfield ace also has nine goals in 33 caps for Georgia.
He made his international debut in 2018 aged just 18 and was part of the Crusaders’ Euro 2024 squad.

2 weeks agoNewsComments Off on Premier League flop, 33, left looking sheepish after scoring ‘own goal of the year’ to cost his team a point
ASTON VILLA flop Leandro Bacuna scored a comical and DECISIVE own goal which saw his team lose 1-0 late on at Fortuna Sittard.
Bacuna, 33, was captaining Dutch side Groningen who now sit 15th – just outside the Eredivisie relegation zone.
His moment of madness means Groningen have suffered five consecutive defeats after winning promotion last season.
With the score tied 0-0 in the 86th minute, Fortuna Sittard took an in-swinging corner and managed to get a low shot off.
But goalkeeper Etienne Vaessen kept the ball out by pushing it out to left-back Wouter Prins, who was standing at the front post.
With the ball moving fast, Prins could only tap it away centrally towards an incoming Bacuna, who was two yards away from the goal line.
The former Aston Villa star tried to clear it over the bar – but somehow lashed it into his own net even though he was only a yard out.
A devastated Bacuna stood with his head in his hands and held onto the the roof of the net looking shell-shocked.
The unbelievable howler also left his team-mates wrecked, with Prins picking the ball up and booting it in the air in frustration.
After the match, Bacuna said: “I was emotional, went inside and didn’t thank our fans. I’m not happy about that and I apologise. I also have to be there for the team.”
Fans couldn’t believe what they witnessed as they stormed social media stating this might have been the worst own goal this year.
One fan wrote: “Bacuna with an own goal of the year contender.”
Another commented: “Why has he just blasted in????”
While one more said: “That’s really unbelievable. Poor fella. Hard luck in recent times.”
Dutch footie analyst Wim Masker added: “This is really an incomprehensible own goal.”
Fans were quick to call out Bacuna after he was dropped to the bench for oversleeping before their 1-0 defeat to FC Utrecht last week.
To make matters worse, he will miss Groningen’s next match against NEC Nijmegen, after picking up his fifth yellow of the season, for kicking the ball away earlier in the game.
He is the older brother of former Birmingham, Rangers and Huddersfield midfielder Juninho Bacuna, who now plays for Saudi Pro League side Al-Wehda.
Bacuna made more than 130 appearances for Villa and was a regular when they were relegated in 2016, when the club had four different managers.
He often shifted between playing at right-back and central midfield.
During his time in the Prem, Bacuna fell out with the Villa Park supporters during their relegation campaign in 2015-16.
He was once singled out with insults about his baby daughter in fan attack on rock-bottom squad, according to The Mirror.
ASTON VILLA suspected they were on to a winner when they enticed four-times Europa League king Unai Emery away from Villarreal in October 2022.
They will certainly never bag a bigger bargain than the £5.2million compensation fee they paid the La Liga side for their Spanish tactical genius.
Emery started the way he meant to continue at Villa, ironically beating Sunday’s opponents Manchester United 3-1 on his debut – to record Villa’s first home Premier League victory over United since August 1995!
And he has continued smashing records and setting new standards ever since, culminating in Wednesday’s incredible win over six-times European champions Bayern Munich.
Emery credits his Basque upbringing for his workaholic nature and he is first into Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training base before 8am every morning – and he is usually the last there, switching the lights off when he leaves around 9pm most nights.
A Villa insider once summed it up by saying: “It’s not unusual for managers to spend long hours at the training ground, chatting to staff, having cups of coffee. Unai is different, he doesn’t do down-time, it’s full on work-mode from the minute he arrives to the minute he leaves.”
On away trips Emery opens his laptop as soon as he boards the team coach and starts analysing his own team’s performance as well as the opposition.
“He will watch all of our games seven or eight times and does the same for our opponents,” says Villa’s Director of Football Operations, Damian Vidagany – one of 23 Spaniards Emery has taken with him to Villa, including the world-famous transfer guru Monchi.
Emery trusts Monchi to supply the talent he needs from £50million record signing Amadou Onana to £8million bargain-buy Morgan Rogers and then he improves them beyond recognition.
Lesser managers would have written hotheaded hitman Jhon Duran off as a troublemaker – cut their losses and flogged him this summer after a series of high-profile PR gaffes.
But Emery was cold and clinical and asked himself one question – does the kid have any worth to me? Once he decided he did, he put an arm round the youngster and talked him through how he would transform him into one of the world’s great strikers.
Now the smile is back on Duran’s face, never more so than after his stunning winner against Bayern, which underlined Emery’s extraordinary man-management skills.
Training is meticulous and repetitive until players get the drill with the aid of constant video reminders, both collectively and individually, while his army of coaches work tirelessly on improving individual players’ skill-sets and game intelligence with tailor-made sessions.
Against Bayern Emery not only set Villa up brilliantly defensively to frustrate the Bavarian giants, who failed to score for the first time this season.
He also hammered home over and over again verbally and visually with video clips, Manuel Neuer’s tendency to stray miles off his goal line in his sweeper-keeper role.
Jhon Duran’s first-time finish to send the ball soaring over a stranded Neuer was pure genius – but the seed to try such an outrageous attempt was planted in his head by another genius.
