Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson: UK fight time, ring-walks, live stream, TV channel and full undercard for massive fight

MIKE TYSON will return to the ring for the first time since 2020 to face internet sensation Jake Paul NEXT WEEK.

The Problem Child overcame Mike Perry with a brutal sixth-round stoppage in back July – but he faces a completely different challenge in ‘Iron Mike’ next.

Paul has won all three of his fights since losing to Tommy Fury a year-and-a-half ago.

Tyson, 58, returns to the ring in controversial circumstances, with many of the opinion the boxing legend shouldn’t fight again.

Tyson’s last bout came in an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr in 2020, of which Paul was on the undercard against former NBA player Nate Robinson.

When is Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson?

  • Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson has been rescheduled for Friday, November 15.
  • The fight was originally set for July 20 – but was moved back after Tyson’s health issues.
  • The main card is set to start at 1am in the early hours of Saturday, November 16.
  • However, ring-walks for Paul vs Tyson are expected to get underway from approximately 4am UK time/11pm ET.
  • Paul vs Tyson, the main event, will get going from around 4am GMT.
  • The bout will be hosted at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Why was Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson postponed?

Mike Tyson’s health issues forced him to put his training on hold.

The former world champion suffered a medical emergency on board a flight in May as a result of an ulcer flare up.

Netflix, who were set to show the fight, released a statement announcing the cancellation.

It reads: “Unfortunately Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will not face-off on July 20 as planned. Tyson’s recent ulcer flare up has limited his ability to train fully for the next few weeks.

“The fight will be rescheduled for a date later this year after Mike’s able to resume training with no limitations and both fighters can have equal time to prepare for this once-in-a-lifetime matchup!”

Tyson required medical assistance from paramedics on board a flight from Miami to LA.

He felt nauseous and dizzy though his publicist said he was feeling “very good” after treatment.

What TV channel is Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson on and can it be live streamed?

  • Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson will be broadcast exclusively on Netflix.
  • It will be the streaming giant’s first venture into combat sports.
  • Jake Paul confirmed on X that the bout with Mike Tyson will be available to all Netflix subscribers at no additional cost.

What’s been said?

On the announcement of the huge fight, Paul said: “It’s crazy to think that in my second pro fight, I went viral for knocking out Nate Robinson on Mike Tyson’s undercard.

“Now, less than four years later, I’m stepping up to face Tyson myself to see if I have what it takes to beat one of boxing’s most notorious fighters and biggest icons.

“Within just two and a half years of founding MVP, we’re about to produce the biggest fight in history, a fight in the biggest NFL stadium in the US, broadcast live, on the biggest streaming platform in the world – a testament to all we’ve accomplished in such a short amount of time.

“Whether you’re tuning in on Netflix or showing out in person, whether you’re team Paul or team Tyson, or whether you’re a lifelong boxing fan or watching your first fight, you’re not going to want to miss this event.”

Mike Tyson has also spoken about the fight with Paul on July 20, he said: “I started him on his boxing journey on the undercard of my fight with Roy Jones Jr and now I plan to finish him.”

Beloved garage known for work on ‘exotic & classic cars’ closes doors after 92 YEARS after heartbreaking decision

A BELOVED family-run garage that’s been serving its local community for nearly a century has closed its doors for good.

R Jackson Motors in Herne Bay, Kent, has been a staple on Bullockstone Road since 1932.

But after 92 years, the independent garage has shut its doors so that long-time owners, Richard and Brenda Jackson, can enjoy their retirement.

In a report by KentOnline, Richard, 72, said: “As Brenda and I are both now in our early 70s, we have decided to retire and enjoy having time for ourselves and walking our dog, Molly.

“I would like to thank our many thousands of very loyal and lovely customers, many of whom have become friends over the years.”

The mechanic shop first opened under the name LH Jackson Motors in 1932, where Richard’s father, Lewis Harold Jackson, repaired cars, lorries and agricultural machinery before the business expanded into selling vehicles and equipment in 1958.

Later, it opened workshops and a showroom on Kings Road and added repair centres on Beach Street.

But after the founder’s death in 1985, Richard and Brenda dissolved the newer parts of the company and focused on running the site on Bullockstone.

Richard added: “We decided we did not want the responsibility of two very large premises and over 30 staff.

“We returned to the Bullockstone site in 1987 and R Jackson Motors was born.”

Following in his father’s footsteps, Richard continued the servicing and repairs of vehicles – while also expanding to the sale and servicing of garden machinery.

Richard said: “I had always wanted to work with cars, that was the family trade.

“My original apprenticeship was in marine engineering, I completed that in the 70s and then went to work for my father.

“We’ve been lucky to work on a number of exotic and classic cars, Ferraris, Maseratis, American Muscle Cars, but also boat motors, lawnmower repairs.

“We even restored two 1923 and 1928 Rolls Royces – it was amazing to work on cars of that age.”

Richard took the time to single out one very loyal customer, Keat Farm Caravans, which first worked with the garage through his father in 1953, and lasted until present day.

Richard said: “I think 72 years is possibly a local record as a long-standing customer, and one we are very proud of.

“We would also like to say a huge thank you to chief technician Lee Harrison and agricultural and lawnmower engineer Tom Howland for all their hard work and loyalty working alongside us for so many years.”

This comes as a pair of veteran car enthusiasts showed what’s under their bonnet as they perch on a 1901 Mors — bringing a touch of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang magic to the road.

Scores of vintage cars drove 60 miles from London to Brighton, not exceeding 20mph, over the weekend, for the world’s oldest and slowest motoring event.

Elsewhere, an incredible fleet of abandoned cars that were sat in a junkyard for decades were recently sold off at an auction – with many fetching millions.

I tried dupes for the £479 Dyson airwrap, TikTok’s £27 curler was so easy to use but Revlon’s tool held a curl for HOURS

IF, like me, you spend your days scrolling through TikTok videos, then you’ve no doubt seen the Dyson Airwrap in action.

It seems everyone and their mum has the viral hair tool with over 3.7 billion views and counting on TikTok, but at £479, it’s a little out of my price range.

I tested two Dyson Airwrap dupes to see which worked the best[/caption]

Despite not having the funds for the real deal, I was determined to get my hands on something similar so I could have an effortless blow out in the comfort of my own home.

Fortunately many brand shave created dupes of the must-have styling tool, and I tried Revlon’s newest offer as well as a TikTok buy to see which one worked the best.

Both are significantly cheaper than the Dyson but are certainly in different price points with the Revlon One-Step Blow-Dry Multi Air Styler 5-in-1 costing £79.99 and the TikTok 5-in-1 Hair Styler costing £27.65.

Both come with five different attachments to create various hairstyles and dry the hair, here, I share my thoughts.

Hair type

For reference, my hair is medium to long in length and thick, it often takes me around half an hour to dry it with a hairdryer and it leans on the coarse side, meaning it easily gets dry, frizzy and knotty.

The Revlon comes in at £79.99 and has five attachments[/caption]

The Revlon blow dryer brush went viral on social media with over 85 million views on the app, but now they’ve added more attachments to the mix.

Attachments include the blow drying brush, root dryer, paddle brush to smooth, a volumising oval brush, round brush and curler with four temperature settings.

One thing to note is how loud and heavy the Revlon styler is, when I used it to dry my hair it was just as loud as my hair dryer and left my arm aching after five minutes.

The blow drying brush is great for drying hair in large sections but because it’s so large, you have to use the root dryer to get in to the scalp after.

After it had dried I moved on to use the curler attachment, it took a few times to get the hang of it and keep a curl but once I did it was easy to use and I had nice tousled waves – exactly the look I go for.

One thing to note was that I found it hard to get the clip on attachments off of the handle – not because they were too tight, but because they were so hot to touch.

I also found that the heat made my hair frizzy in certain places so I had to apply a gloss afterwards to tone it down.

It also doesn’t work exactly like the Dyson Airwrap – which blows hot air all through out the attachment to create a holding style.

The Revlon brush seems to have hot air blowing out of the attachment – heating it up in the process but not using the air to grab onto your locks.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that hours later my hair still held a curl and it did make the hair styling process much easier than usual.

The TikTok shop has five attachments as well which look much similar to Dyson’s[/caption]

Buying on TikTok shop is something that as a millennial quite frankly scares me but for the sake of research (and not being able to get my hands on the viral £19.99 Elle hair styling tool from B&M) I decided to bite the bullet.

It’s currently on sale for £27 and regularly has offers on, so when I got the box I wasn’t expecting to be blown away.

However, once I did I was stunned to see just similar the attachments were to the Dyson Airwrap with it’s circular drying attachment, round brush, curling wands and straightening comb.

Once I attached the dryer onto the handle (which was slightly more difficult to slot in than the Revlon tool) I was happily surprised to hear it wasn’t too loud and was really lightweight for a hair tool.

The smaller dryer head meant I could get close to the scalp and my hair dried relatively quickly without getting too knotty (something that often happens with my hair dryer).

My hair also didn’t look too frizzy once dried which barely ever happens and I went in with the curling wand.

It works similarly to the Dyson – by using the hot air to wrap your hair around it and keep it in place.

Best Dyson Airwrap alternatives you can find on Amazon?

There are plenty of affordable alternatives to shop instead of the Dyson Airwrap from various retailers.

Amazon is a great shopping destination to head to, as it has a variety of brands stocked online, which means even more choice, and affordable dupes too.

  2. Revlon Salon One-Step hair dryer and volumiser, £39.99 (Was £59.99) – buy here
  3. Nicky Clarke AirStyle PRO Dryer and Styler, £249.99 – buy here
  4. Revlon One-Step Blow-Dry Multi Styler, £62.45 (Was £74.99) – buy here
  5. WeChip Hair Dryer Brush, Hot Air Brush, £54.99 – buy here
  6. Remington Keratin Protect Heated 45mm Barrel Hot Hair Brush, £36- buy here
  7. PRITECH Hair Dryer Brush, £23 – buy here
  8. Drybar Single Shot Blow-Dryer Brush, £119.89 (Was £125) – buy here

I liked the curls on this – but I did find they dropped out pretty quickly even though it take ten minutes to do just one side of my head.

Final thoughts

Both of these hair tools worked well – I did find that Revlon’s held a curl for longer but was trickier to get the hang of.

I also found it that it would get very hot, too hot, to the point where it was painful to take the attachments off and left my hair frizzy.

Whereas, the TikTok one was much easier to use, I found it didn’t hold a curl quite as well, but was more of a ‘real’ dupe to the Dyson.

Depending on your budget, both are a good option, however for price and easy of use I’d go with the TikTok styler.
