Ella confronts Dan about his philandering ways, following claims that the pair have split[/caption]
Dan likes to play the field and doesn’t seem to want to be tied into a relationship[/caption]
But towards the end of last night’s episode, it seems that all the signs of their split are there, as Dan refuses to acknowledge Ella as his girlfriend.
Enjoying a drink with friends James “Diags” Bennewith, who is in a relationship with Jodie Wells, raises a toast to ‘girlfriends’ to which Dan noticeably hesitates and says, “To our what?”
Diags laughs and says, “Just me.” Then Ella says, “I am your girlfriend.” And Dan replies: “He’s winding us up.”
Then Saffron Lempriere comes over the join the table and asks the question directly saying:
“This is looking more intense. label yet?” To which Dan replies: “Its only been a couple of weeks, she wasn’t answering the phone a couple of weeks ago.”
Then in a preview of the next episode, the pair are seen at a roller skating event, where Ella confronts claims that he’s been unfaithful. She says:
“If I am a home and I hear that you’ve been with other girls then I will not be there when you get back.”
Now a source has confirmed to Closer that Dan has indeed got cold feet and their romance is off. “After a steamy romance which started in Bali earlier this year, the pair have decided to call time on the love affair.”
And it’s likely the fall-out from Dan and Ella’s latest split will play out during the movie-length episode.
It was recently confirmed Dan will take part in the upcoming series of Dancing On Ice and the insider added Ella has gone in a very different direction.
They said: “Dan is set to focus on Dancing On Ice, whilst Ella has jetted off to Dubai for a month before filming starts for the Towie Christmas special.
“There isn’t any bad blood between the pair and it was fun while it lasted, but a long term relationship was sadly not on the cards.”
Earlier this month Ella sparked fears she and Dan had split with a cryptic post on social media.
It read: “The thing about me is I get happier, funnier and hotter every time I choose peace over someone else’s nonsense.”
Ella Rae wise first got together with Dan during the cast trip to Bali at the beginning of the year[/caption]
Having split up after Bali, the pair rekindled their romance in Cyprus over the summer, but now they have split again[/caption]

THIS map reveals the spate of urgent flood warnings currently in place across the UK following Sunday’s stormy weather.
Storm Ashley battered parts of the UK yesterday, causing rivers to burst their banks and paths to collapse.

High tide waves broke over the promenade at Heysham, Lancashire[/caption]
Many streets were even left underwater as a result of overflowing rivers and high tides.
New Road cricket ground in Worcester was even left completely submerged following the flooding.
While more than 100 flood warnings were still in place across the UK this morning, the number has since fallen.
As of 4:30pm this afternoon, just 10 remained across England along with 57 flood alerts.
The map shows the majority of the most severe flood warnings in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, while one still remains on the Essex coast.
The Met Office and Environment Agency warned that localised river flooding impacts are possible from today until Friday along parts of the River Severn.
They also added that localised coastal and tidal flooding impacts are possible today and tomorrow along parts of the Essex coast.
Land, roads and some properties may flood and there could be travel disruption.
A spate of flood alerts are also in place across much of southern England where flooding is possible.
However, the alerts also extend as far north as the Lake District.
A yellow weather alert for wind, issued by the Met Office, was in place until 9am on Monday morning across the north and east of Scotland and northeast.
The notice warned travellers to brace for potential power cuts and longer journey times.
Storm Ashley, the first named storm of the season, also led to multiple sports fixtures being cancelled and postponed.
Several roads in the north of England, including the A66 between County Durham and the M6 at Cumbria were reopened early Monday morning after being closed due to strong winds.
Tens of thousands of homes remained without power on Sunday night after Storm Ashley swept across the island of Ireland.
Dublin and the Irish west coast also experienced significant outages on Sunday night where more than 50,000 people were left without power.
The hazardous conditions saw dozens of flights cancelled on Sunday, including at airports in Dublin and Belfast.
The Met Office said winds will ease slightly as Storm Ashley moves north east on Monday, with a mix of scattered showers and sunny spells expected in its wake.
The weather is likely to turn “unsettled” later in the week, bringing possible heavy rain and strong winds once more.
An eagerly anticipated beach motocross event in Gwynedd, Wales was cancelled as a result of the storm on Sunday.
Barmouth Beach had planned to host the vent on its specially built course before a storm surge and high tides flooded the course.

He was joined on air by twins Melanie and Martina[/caption]
Pat said on the podcast: “I would say safely now, sadly, it won’t happen.
“We just couldn’t get anybody to agree all the terms with the rights to enable it to happen as an adult immersive attraction, which is what we wanted to do.
“We had venues in place. We had companies in place who knew what they were doing to make this happen and make it brilliant.
“And we just weren’t allowed to get the rights to do it because of various reasons.”
Meanwhile, the presenter also addressed possible limited interest in Fun House returning in 2024.
He shared: “It’s probably missed the boat now.
“I think it would have had its time – maybe perhaps 10 years ago would have been a really good time to do it.”
The beloved children’s show first launched on screens on February 24, 1989.
The programme’s original US counterpart had debuted a year earlier.

WYNNE Evans has revealed the real reason he mysteriously disappeared from the Strictly Come Dancing set, leaving fans confused on Saturday night.
His brief absence sparked concern among viewers one week after he was accused of “groping” dance partner Katya Jones.
Katya and Wynne came under fire from viewers last week[/caption]
They returned to the show on Saturday night – but Wynne went missing halfway through the show[/caption]
Fans had spotted her pushing his hand away from her stomach when they were standing with Claudia Winkleman upstairs.
The grope joke was shortly followed by Katya ignoring Wynne when he tried to high five her.
Russian dancer and choreographer later took to to Strictly spin-off show It Takes Two and said: “I have to make this absolutely clear that this whole incident with the hand and the high five on Saturday night, it was an inside joke between Wynne and I.
“Was it a silly joke? Yes. Was it a bad joke? Yes.”

A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a dog walker was found unconscious on a path three months ago.
Anita Rose, 57, suffered injuries to her head and face while walking her springer spaniel in the Suffolk village of Brantham on July 24.
A £20,000 reward has been issued for information about the murder of Anita Rose[/caption]
Anita, 57, was found unconscious at around 6.25am on July 24[/caption]
A map shows the mum’s final movements[/caption]
Anita, 57, had left her house at around 5am to take her dog Bruce for a walk.
But a cyclist found her lying “critically injured” and unconscious on a track near the local sewage works and railway line at around 6.25am.
Anita was found wearing only her bra on her top half, as well as leggings and trainers on her lower half – with her jacket taken.
The “much-loved” gran’s black phone case and Samsung earbuds had also been taken.
Springer spaniel Bruce’s lead was wrapped around Anita’s leg but the dog was not harmed.
Anita was raced to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, where she died four days later on July 28.
This morning, cops arrested a 55-year-old man in nearby Ipswich on suspicion of murder.
The man remains in custody at a police station while detectives quiz him.
Specialist cops are supporting Anita’s family and keeping them updated on the investigation.
Anyone with any information that may help detectives is urged to get in touch.
Crimestoppers is offering a £20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Anita’s death.
The reward is only payable for information passed directly to Crimestoppers, rather than the police.
Crimestoppers’ Phil Breckon said: “This is a shocking and very sad situation and Anita’s heartbroken family deserve answers and justice.
“We know it can be difficult for some people to speak directly to the police which is why our charity is here for you.
“You can make a difference by passing on what you know whilst being protected by our guarantee of anonymity.
“That means no police, no courts, no witness statements. Please speak up anonymously.

THE world’s smallest dinosaur egg from 80 million years ago has been found “perfectly preserved” – despite being tinier than 50p.
The find dates all the way back to the Late Cretacerous period and offers unbelievable insights into the reproductive habits of dinosaurs.
The smallest dinosaur egg ever found was confirmed in Ganzhou, China[/caption]
The image shows the new type of dinosaur egg fossils discovered[/caption]
The Tyrannosaurus rex was one of the largest ever predators[/caption]
Six near-perfect egg fossils were gouged from a well-preserved nest bizarrely found at a construction site in Ganzhou, China.
The research team confirmed the significance of the discovery after studying them for a whopping three years.
The most complete fossil egg found at the site is only a mere 29mm in length.
This egg breaks the previous record for the smallest dinosaur egg fossil – which measured approximately 45.5mm in length after being found in Zhejiang Province, China.
But the new breakthrough discovery unleashes a new understanding on the evolutionary history of dinosaurs.
Through analysis of the eggshells using advanced technologies, experts have been able to determine the eggs are likely that of a non-avian theropod.
The discovery has also added to the diversity of known dinosaur eggs from the Late Cretaceous period while also shedding light on the reproductive habits of theropods.
Theropods were a group of carnivorous dinosaurs that includes well-known species like the terrifying Tyrannosaurus rex.
Now the research team is planning to use micro-CT scanning to reconstruct the fossilised nest to unlock more knowledge on how the eggs were laid and preserved.
It comes a few weeks after the giant 270kg skull of a dinosaur who last roamed the planet 72million years ago was unearthed in a bone-filled creek.
Palaeontologists found the incredibly well preserved bone of the adult Pachyrhinosaurus dubbed “Big Sam” underground near Grande Prairie in Alberta, Canada.
The Pachyrhinosaurus – meaning thick-nosed lizard – was a plant-eating dinosaur that was believed to be the cousin of the iconic Triceratops.
Researchers believe that based off the size of the bones found so far the dinosaur species was the same size as an Indian elephant or a rhino.
Some even believe the adult male Pachyrhinosaurus tipped the scales at around 4,000kg.
The Canadian team that found Big Sam’s 272kg fossilised skull described it as being the same size as a baby elephant.
It resembled a bumpy and bony shape which differentiates it from many other similar species who had a sharp horn on their nose.
Emily Bamforth, a paleontologist at the Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum who have taken the skull to study, said: “Their distinguishing feature is that, instead of having a horn on their nose like a triceratops, they had this big, bony bump called a boss.
“And they have big, bony bumps over their eyes as well.
“It makes them look a little strange. It’s the one dinosaur that if you find it, it’s the only possible thing it can be.”
Why did the dinosaurs die out?
Here's what you need to know...
The dinosaur wipe-out was a sudden mass extinction event on Earth
It wiped out roughly three-quarters of our planet’s plant and animal species around 66million years ago
This event marked the end of the Cretaceous period, and opened the Cenozoic Era, which we’re still in today
Scientists generally believe that a massive comet or asteroid around 9 miles wide crashed into Earth, devastating the planet
This impact is said to have sparked a lingering “impact winter”, severely harming plant life and the food chain that relied on it
More recent research suggests that this impact “ignited” major volcanic activity, which also led to the wiping-out of life
Some research has suggested that dinosaur numbers were already declining due to climate changes at the time
But a study published in March 2019 claims that dinosaurs were likely “thriving” before the extinction event

BELLA Maclean’s acting career has already included some big TV credits.
You may recognise her from Netflix‘s Sex Education as well as now starring in Disney + show Rivals. Here’s everything you need to know about the rising star.
Bella used to live in New York[/caption]
Bella spent the first 10 years of her life in New York where her parents worked.
However, they then moved back to the UK which is where Bella’s acting career began as she landed herself a place at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
It was in her last year at the school that she managed to get her foot in the door of the acting world.
Acting roles
Before leaving college, Bella was due to star in the musical Spring Awakening at the Almeida Theatre in London.
However, the coronaviruspandemic meant that just some of the shows were able to go ahead.
She already had some film experience before she graduated in 2020 as she starred in two short films while she studied.
Bella appeared in Silent Witness as Sara Mendes in series 26 where she played the sister of Fiona.
Breakout role
Bella’s arguably biggest role to date is in the final season of Netflix‘s Sex Education as Jem.
Jem was employed at her father’s farm where she taught horse riding to children and developed a friendship and relationship with Adam.
Having been dubbed one of the raciest shows on TV, Bella takes on the character of Taggie who is the eldest daughter of Declan and Maud.
The eight part series is based on a Dame Jilly Cooper book.
Bella is starring in Rivals[/caption]
Despite just being 20, Taggie appears to be the most responsible member of the O’Hara family as she wants to have her own catering business and to find her ideal romantic partner.
Life away from fame
Bella is currently living in West London so she can be closer to acting opportunities.
She revealed in October 2024 to the Standard that many people have been getting her age wrong.
She said that it is often reported that she is 23 but she is actually 26 years old.
“I don’t know where anyone got that from, even people in the cast keep saying that after reading it online. I’m 26,” Bella confirmed.

FORMER Premier League referee hinted at clubs making a major tactical change because “we don’t want goals ruled out for those situations”.
Mark Halsey appeared on the latest episode of SunSport’s The Whisteblower as he ran the rule over the key refereeing decisions from the weekend.
Manchester City’s late goal at Wolves was originally ruled out before VAR intervened[/caption]
Ex-Premier League referee Mark Halsey reckons the right decision was made in the end[/caption]
And high on the agenda was John Stones’ controversial winner at Wolves.
So despite the complaints of Gary O’Neil, Halsey was pleased to see the goal given.
He said: “I think the VAR was absolutely spot on to recommend a review for Chris Kavanagh to go and have a look because when you do see the replay, you know straight away that Silva hasn’t impacted on the goalkeeper with being in his line of vision.
“He just moves out of the way straight away. So, for me, I think the correct decision was made and that’s what we want to see and that is what VAR is there for.
“When the ball comes in, he can quite rightly stand there. When John Stones headers that ball, is he interfering with an opponent? Does he impact on his line of vision?
“You can clearly see, no, he doesn’t. And you can clearly see that the keeper sees the ball all the way.
“It’s just a great header from John Stones and, in my opinion, the goal was correctly given. We do not want to see goals ruled out for those sorts of situations.”
Players cannot be offside directly from the original kick and corners.
So Silva getting away with his antics at Molineux could prompt more teams into trying similar tactics at corners to disrupt goalkeepers – before ducking out in time.
So Silva getting away with his antics at Molineux could prompt more teams into trying similar tactics at corners to disrupt goalkeepers – before ducking out in time.
Pressed on the issue, Halsey added: “Listen, there’s always a little bit of contact going on in the box and all the time you see goalkeepers pushing players, don’t you?
“They push them out of the way just before the corner’s taken or while the corner comes across.
“So, for me, that’s normal contact. And yes, if that’s what the tactics they employ in other clubs, then so be it.
“But we do not want to see goals ruled out of that nature.”

The ex-Prem official said: “Rob Jones straight away showed a yellow card. Exactly what I would have done in that situation.
“Was it a clear and obvious error by Rob Jones? In my opinion, no. I thought he got it spot on.
“For me, there’s doubt there to whether that was an obvious goal-scoring opportunity.

DEAR DEIDRE: MY mate’s ‘quiet get together’ for his 21st, got totally out of hand and I ended up in bed with his mum.
I’m 22 and I’d never met his family before because he doesn’t live near me. We are students.
He’d gone home for the holidays and his birthday was in the summer. His Mum had him at 17 – she’s only 37.
He doesn’t know his dad but has a stepdad who works abroad. His mum is fit and she made me feel so welcome.
His schoolmates and family were lovely and the party got busier as more and more people arrived.
Their garage housed the bar with lights and decks and I was in charge of the music. His mum kept me topped up with beer.
She looked amazing in her body-con leather dress with her dark hair cascading down her back.

I went to the loo and when I came out onto the landing, she was standing there. She’d had a few glasses of wine and she stumbled. I caught her elbow and then we kissed.
Next everything happened so quickly – she pulled me into her bedroom and we had sex there and then.
I’d never been with anyone as old as her before but she had no inhibitions. Thank goodness nobody caught us.
Now we are back at uni and our mates are organising nights out and going on the pull.
But I keep swerving it all and come up with excuses so that I can slip away and catch a train to my mate’s town to see his mum.
I’m starting to have feelings for her but I’m not sure how long it can go on for.
