Mike Tyson, 58, shows off gruelling NECK exercises as he fires X-rated warning to Jake Paul
MIKE TYSON hit the gym ahead of his fight with Jake Paul and fired a threatening warning at his rival.
The 58-year-old heavyweight legend faces the YouTuber-turned-boxer on November 15.

Iron Mike showed off his muscles while doing gruelling neck exercises to prove he is ready to withstand any punches.
And he also had time to fire a warning at the opponent 31 years his junior, captioning the clip: “While Jake keeps talking, I’m going to keep training. Going to f*** him up.”
Fans were impressed by his physique, with one saying: “Call off the fight, champ. You’ve already won.”
Another added: “Young men fight. Old men kill.”
A third reacted: “The neck looks crazy. Like old Mike.”
Despite the fight going on both their pro records, the rules have been modified after Tyson supposedly requested shorter two minute rounds and bigger 14oz gloves to be allowed.
Paul hit back after agreeing to the changes, telling The Daily Mail: “He’s like, ‘Watch your shape, watch your shape’. I’m like, ‘Alright, but you watch it’.

“It could be to his advantage. I think it is also smart that he is doing that. I’m fighting on all of his rules and what he wanted.
“He wanted it to be a pro fight. He wanted eight, two-minute rounds. So I’m giving him everything he wants.
“I’m going to his playground, and I’m going to beat his a**. I mean, it’s just being alert and knowing what to do in that situation.”
The fight will take place at the 80,000-seater AT&T Stadium in Texas, with Netflix broadcasting the bout.
Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson’s lifestyles compared
ONE is a notorious YouTuber-turned-boxer who has taken the sport by storm.
The other terrorised all in the ring in the 1980s and 1990s, famously biting the ear off an opponent in one fight.
Iron Mike has rebuilt his life after squandering a £300m fortune with a cannabis empire, and is a huge advocate of the drug.
And as Paul has continued to rise up the ranks, he has splashed the cash on a fleet of amazing cars.
Whereas Tyson had more money than sense until a £15m debt saw him part with his cherished car collection.
Paul now lives in a plush mansion worth £13m in Puerto Rico, after escaping his hectic life in LA.
But these days, Tyson lounges in his Vegas property he paid £2.5m for with wife Lakiha, who he married in 2009.
Paul is not yet married but is smitten with his speed skater girlfriend Jutta Leerdam.
She will be by his side when her man puts his 9-1 boxing record on the line against two-time heavyweight champ Tyson on July 20.
The ‘live longer’ diet – and 3 simple ‘anti-ageing’ recipes to try this autumn
FOLLOWING a popular diet may actually help you live longer – as researchers have found it could slash your risk of death by 24 per cent.
Loved by Kim and Kourtney Kardashian, the trendy regimen involves upping your protein and fat intake while cutting down on carbs.
This low-carb eating plan aims to drive the body into a state of ketosis, where it relies on a different type of fuel.
Instead of burning the sugar that comes from carbs for energy, the body uses ketone bodies, which the liver produces from stored fat.
As such, the diet is known as the ketogenic or “keto” diet.
Though A-listers like Kim K have hailed it as a weight loss wonder, the eating plan has previously faced backlash for raising cholesterol levels, placing extra strain on the heart and reducing gut friendly bacteria.
Not only that – the restrictive measures of the keto diet can be hard to follow long-term, a report from the American Heart Association (AHA) showed.
But a new piece of research conducted by scientists at Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine found that following a keto diet may actually lower the risk of death.
Using data from 43,776 adults enrolled in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), conducted between 2001 and 2018, the study examined the link between eating a keto diet and the risk of death from all causes.
Taking into account participant interviews that listed what they ate throughout the day, researchers calculated a Dietary Ketogenic Ratio (CKD) that established how much of people’s diets were made up of ketogenic foods.
The higher the ratio, the higher the likelihood that a participant would achieve a state of ketosis – when ketones are burned for energy instead of sugar from carbs.
Participants with higher CKDs had a lower risk of death, researchers found.
“Each standard deviation increase in DKR resulted in a noteworthy 24 per cent reduction in the risk of death,” they wrote.
The team also looked into whether ketogenic diets were linked to a higher risk of death from cardiovascular disease (CVD).
On one hand, following the trendy diet may lower the risk of factors that increase someone’s chances of getting CVD, such as blood pressure and fat levels in the blood, researchers said.
But the high fat content of keto diets – particularly if that’s saturated fat found in butter, cakes and cured meats – may also heighten the risk of CVD, they noted.
The scientists’ analysis, however, found no link between poor heart health and following the keto diet.
“The impact of the keto diet on cardiovascular health has been a subject of debate due to its high-fat content,” they said.
“However, our analysis suggests that despite its high fat intake, the keto diet does not increase mortality related to cardiovascular conditions.
“Despite its high saturated fat content, the diet primarily comprises unsaturated fats, which have been linked to a decreased risk of heart disease.”
What you can and can't eat on a keto diet
Following a keto diet involves eating low amounts of carbohydrates so that fat is burned for energy instead.
It also involves upping the amount of protein and fat you eat.
Here’s what you can eat if you’re on a keto diet:
- Fish and seafood
- Low-carb veggies
- Cheese
- Avocados
- Poultry
- Eggs
- Nuts, seeds and healthy oils
- Plain Greek yogurt and cottage cheese
- Berries
- Unsweetened coffee and tea
- Dark chocolate and cocoa powder
Here are some foods to avoid or limit if you’re following a strict keto diet:
- Bread, pasta and refined carbs
- Grains like oats, quinoa, rice and barley
- High-carb fruit like oranges, pineapple, bananas, apples and pears
- Dried fruit such as raisins, dates, and dried mango
- Starchy veggies likes potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, corn, parsnips and artichoke
- Beans and legumes like chickpeas, lentils and black beans
- Sugary drinks like cola, fruit juices and energy drinks

The eating plan may also help reduce inflammation and boost blood pressure regulation, which is important for cardiovascular well-being.
Following a strict keto diet in the long term may not be healthy or sustainable, as it can involve cutting out foods that contain fibre, vitamins, and minerals.
In particular, it’s not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women or people with health conditions like IBS, osteoporosis, or kidney problems.
If you do want to follow a keto diet, keeping unhealthy fats to a minimum is a good place to start, as is speaking to a dietitian or nutritionist.

Tiny village home to England’s highest mainline train station and award-winning pub
WHAT makes a great English village? Cobblestone streets, white-walled cottages, a couple of cosy pubs and the country’s highest mainline train station?
Well, if that’s the case, Dent in Cumbria has made the cut – and it even has loose ties to Queen Victoria.
Dent is regarded as one of the prettiest villages in Cumbria[/caption] The English village is home to England’s highest mainland station[/caption]The tiny Cumbrian village, which is home to just 700 residents, is routinely regarded as one of the loveliest villages in the Dales.
Located inside Nidderdale National Landscape, an area of outstanding beauty near the Lake District, Dent is a 50-minute drive from Lancaster.
Holidaymakers who prefer to use public transport will be relieved to know that the tiny village has its own train station.
Dent Train Station is believed to be the highest mainline train station in England, with this accolade drawing in tourists from across the country.
Situated on the famous Settle-Carlisle Line, direct trains operate from Leeds to Dent giving visitors the opportunity to visit the village by rail – and that’s not all.
You can also book to stay overnight at one of the station’s buildings.
The Grade II listed property is located within an acre of land and has enough space to sleep four people in two rooms.
Week-long stays run from Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday, with the possibility to book three-night weekend breaks too.
Three-night stays start from £480 in November, with costs rising over the festive period.
Despite serving the village, Dent Train Station lies four miles away from the village, meaning visitors will need to walk or grab a cab to visit Dent.
There’s plenty to do in the small English village, including a 12th century church, with flagstones made from the local black Dent marble.
Other attractions include an art gallery and a blacksmith’s shop.
The English village also has a memorial fountain to its most famous son, geologist Professor Adam Sedgwick.
Sedgwick was considered one of the founding fathers of the modern science of geology.
Dent station is still served by trains from Leeds[/caption]He was also a friend of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert and a later opponent of Charles Darwin.
Stone Close is a popular coffee shop in the village, serving a range of home-baked goods.
There are only two pubs in the village, the George and the Dragon is an award-winning pub famed for its cider and perry.
Meanwhile, the Sun Inn promises punters a no-frills experience.
There are a range of overnight accommodation options in the English village like B&BS and a room at the Sun Inn.
ENGLAND is home to more than 6,000 villages, which means there are plenty to discover. Here are just three others to visit this year:
- Located in Kent, Biddenden is somewhat overlooked by holidaymakers. That being said, there’s lots to do in the Kent village, including a stroll around Biddenden Vineyards – an award-winning vineyard.
- Beaulieu in Hampshire sits on a river of the same name and is famous for its motor museum, its ponies and its spectacular nature. Its surroundings earned it a place on a list of the most beautiful villages in the country, where it beat other picturesque destinations like Orford in Suffolk.
- Saltaire, a Victorian village in West Yorkshire, is actually a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was first created as a model village, with houses built for the Salt Mill factory workers between 1851 and 1871.
Another tiny village in the UK has been compared to a retro 1940s film set.
And an abandoned village in England only opens to tourists once a year.

VLADIMIR Putin is using “zombie” camps to brainwash Ukrainian kids in a chilling three-stage plan to replenish his Russian army, a top MP has revealed.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Dmytro Lubinets, Ukraine’s Human Rights Commissioner, said the Russian tyrant is responsible for the “genocide” of Ukrainian children being forcibly deported across the border.
Pictures show children inside Russian “re-education” camps in a bid to rid them of their Ukrainian heritage[/caption] Chilling pictures showed a torture chamber in Kherson where children were allegedly abused[/caption] Children are forced to speak and write Russian as well as sing the national anthem every day[/caption] An aerial view of the facilities and camps involved in holding children from Ukraine[/caption]He described the Kremlin’s disturbing three-stage plan to rid the youngsters of their Ukrainian heritage and brainwash them into becoming Russian citizens.
The plan involves placing children in sinister camps where they speak Russian and sing the national anthem before having their official documents altered and being placed in Russian families.
Often the children are told that their loved ones have abandoned them and that they are now part of the Russian Federation.
But Dmytro revealed that children who refuse to accept their Russian captor’s demands are then being tortured in special rooms within the “re-education” camps.
The snatched youngsters are also forced to take part in the Kremlin’s youth military organisations and train with weapons – part of Putin’s scheme to create a new generation of fighters for his dwindling army, the MP warned.
Ukraine says the young hostages are forced to spend days in windowless torture chambers, without food and water, until they surrender and accept that they are now Russian citizens.
Traumatised Ukrainian kids who have been able to make it back home spoke of the horrific conditions while being held at the camps.
They say they were taken to isolation cells, beaten, and forced to watch as their captors burned the Ukraine flag in front of them and sang the patriotic song “Onward, Russia”.
In another harrowing account, Illia, 11, from war-torn Mariupol revealed how he saw his mother killed in a missile strike in which he was also injured by shrapnel.
When he was later kidnapped by Russian troops, the shrapnel was removed without anaesthetic and he was told to write in Russian and repeat, “Glory to Ukraine as part of Russia”.
The Sun previously reported that the “zombification” camps were being used to indoctrinate children as part of Putin’s propaganda machine nearly three years after Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022.
An arrest warrant was issued in March 2023 by the International Criminal Court for Putin and his Child’s Rights Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova for the abduction of Ukrainian children.
Dmytro told The Sun: “Sometimes after children return, they tell us about torture, even a special place for children who don’t want to use the Russian language.
“Russians even created special camps for these Ukrainian children…they told us it was a special room torture chamber for children.
“If you don’t want to sing the anthem, the Russians hold you in this room without light, without food, without water, for one day even more.
“Next day, they ask, ‘Do you change your mind or not? Are you ready to sing the Russian anthem or not? If not, okay you can stay longer’.”
Dmytro is part of the Bring Kids Back initiative – a strategic plan set up by Zelensky to bring back Ukraine’s missing children.
He says the first child to be forcibly deported from Ukraine was back in 2014 when Putin illegally annexed Crimea.
There have been over 19,000 reports of deported children with 555 feared dead and 1,429 left injured, according to the initiative
But Dmytro says the real numbers could be much higher.
Illia, 11, was forced to have shrapnel removed without anaesthetic after he was snatched by Russian soldiers[/caption] Vitaliy was held at a camp in Yevpatroia and spoke of horrors he saw after begging to be released from an isolation cell[/caption]He added: “The territory that’s now under occupation [was home to] 1.5 million children.
“All of them are now under threat of being deported by the Russians.
“When we use number 19,546 for the number of children deported or forcibly transferred by the Russian side.
“It means we have found information about these children without any support from the Russian side and without support from international or direct partners.
“Potentially no one knows how many Ukraine children have been deported by Russia – no one.”
CHILLING SCHEME
The Human Rights Commissioner says the Russian leader’s chilling three-stage plan involves firstly sending children to “re-education” camps so they can be brainwashed.
Here, they are told to speak and write in Russian, sing the national anthem and forget their Ukrainian families.
They will also be signed up to Russia’s military youth movements where they will be made to wear uniforms and train with guns and drones.
These sinister military camps, set up at Putin’s command, are providing young children from occupied Ukraine with brutal military training.
Shocking pictures show young teens assembling Kalashnikov assault rifles and controlling drones at one such military camp, while others can be seen shooting at a firing range.
One child is seen being trained on how to clear a minefield, sparking fears that such intense military training would see these youngsters join the Russian army and be sent off to the frontline.
“…no one knows how many Ukraine children have been deported by Russia – no one.”
Dmytro Lubinets
So far, around 70,000 Russian soldiers have been slaughtered on the battlefield as the Kremlin looks to replenish its depleting numbers.
Dmytro said: “The main idea for Russians to deport Ukraine children is to change their identity.
“Second is to grow a new generation of the Russian army.
“And then in future to use these children to continue aggression against Ukraine or even more aggression against another European country.
“Children must spend a period in special camps. The children have to be in the camps for two weeks, sometimes it is two months.”
One Ukrainian youngster, Vitaliy, held at a camp in Yevpatroia spoke of horrors he saw there after he begged to be released from an isolation cell after four days.
He says any child who dared speak “Glory to Ukraine” would be locked in the basement and others were beaten by their captors.
They told him to “forget” speaking Ukrainian as there would be “no such language” and that his parents no longer needed him.
ERASED IDENTITY
The second stage involves changing the child’s Ukrainian documents and giving them a new identity that will see them lost forever.
Dmytro added: “If the child has Ukraine documents, for example a birth certificate or passport, the Russians take away these documents and give Russian documents to the child.
“We see that often the Russians change the information, change the names and date of birth, place of birth.”
He explains that Russian officials will often change the Ukrainian spelling of a child’s name to the Russian spelling to make it more difficult to track that child down.
Finally, the snatched child is placed in Russian families where they continue to be brainwashed and eventually forget their Ukrainian heritage entirely.
Dmytro says there is a reason that so many Russian households are willing to accept Ukrainian children into their homes – a monthly bonus.
He said: “The reason Russian families adopt Ukrainian children is for money.
“For every Ukrainian child from the state budget of Russia, the families every month earn a special bonus.
“That’s why a lot of Russian families adopt Ukraine children. In Russian families, they continue to press the child to change their identity.
“At this stage of deportation, the child must go to Russian schools every day.”
'I was snatched by Russian soldier'
ILLIA, 11, was deported from Mariupol after a Russian missile strike killed his mother and left him with horror shrapnel wounds when he was nine.
His neighbours buried his mum’s body in their back garden before he was snatched by Vlad’s soldiers and taken for surgery at a camp in Donestk.
The shrapnel was removed without any anaesthetic and forced to write and speak Russian and repeat “Glory to Ukraine as part of Russia”.
He says Russian forces tried to turn him into a “propaganda tool” but that he is not “one to be duped so easily.”
Illia’s grandmother had been searching for her grandson ever since losing contact with her daughter in March 2022.
It wasn’t until they spotted the young boy in a video from Russia that she realised he was alone and that her daughter had been killed.
His grandmother never gave up hope and set about getting her injured grandson back home where he belonged.
Months later, Illia returned home to Ukraine and had further surgery to remove more fragments from his leg while 11 remain.
His grandmother Olena said: “He had a school, he had a home, he had a mother and he lost all of that – his entire childhood.
“He kept to himself, he was afraid of noise, he was afraid of sirens. He had no memory.
He now has dreams of becoming a doctor so that he can help fighters on the frontline as a combat medic.
He explains that for younger children being placed in native Russian families, the transition can be a lot quicker even with children who may be five, six or even 10 years old.
He said: “The child has no choice.
“The child cannot say whether they are happy or not. The child is under pressure in the system. This is the main problem.
“With teenagers, it’s hardest for Russia. This category is a little bit easier for me to return.”
Dmytro said Putin was “100 per cent” involved in the cruel “zombie” camps.
He says it is not possible that Vlad would be unaware of any of the chilling deportation procedures currently taking place.
He added: “Even more, I think he confirmed this deportation plan, for changing of identity, for preparing all these ages for deportation.
“I think that he is the main person who is responsible for this procedure and officially, we have all the details to recognise it [Russia’s actions] as a war crime, as genocide.
“Genocide has five elements, one of them is forcibly transferring children from one ethnic group to another. We see exactly what Russia did this and continues to do.
“Russians did this war crime.”

A HANDFUL of top telly shows – including an X Factor-style series – are “hanging in the balance” amid Liam Payne’s tragic death.
The One Direction star passed away aged 31 after falling to his death from a third floor balcony at a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Two telly projects are ‘hanging in the balance’ amid Liam Payne’s tragic death[/caption] The One Direction singer died aged 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina[/caption] Liam was filming an X Factor-style series prior to his passing[/caption] He was also working on Boybands Forever, which is co-produced by Louis Theroux[/caption]The Sun exclusively revealed Liam’s pals planned to stage an intervention prior to his premature passing.
Yet the Little Things hitmaker was in the midst of a series of exciting telly projects with a host of famous faces before he died.
Question marks have now been raised about their future and if they will make it to air, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
Liam had signed up to appear as a judge on Netflix series Building The Band and was seen in Manchester in August where they were filming auditions in the Aviva Studios.
The series set out to find a new boyband and was very similar to the X Factor, with a team of experts.
It was expected to drop on Netflix next year yet this seems unlikely to air in the wake of this week’s tragedy.
The streaming giant has yet to make a statement.
TV bosses also face another dilemma with the upcoming release of a major documentary series, Boybands Forever, which is co-produced by Louis Theroux.
It looks at the joy and pain of being in boybands like One Direction and Take That, and features Simon Cowell talking about his memories of creating 1D and his thoughts on the Nineties and Noughties phenomenon.
A publicity drive for the three-parter is set to start within days and the BBC Two programme is expected to air next month, but the BBC may decide to push the air date back in light of Liam’s death.
It’s set to make for very uncomfortable viewing as it features multiple stars who’ve been in boybands and found themselves struggling with being in the spotlight – and then stepping out of it.
Launching the show Louis said: “It involves some of the icons of modern British pop – and we see them through their highs and lows.”
He added: “It’s how they came together, the experience of sudden fame, the opportunity and temptations that came their way, conflicts within the groups, between the groups, and between the boys and their managers.
“It’s a gripping fable about getting everything you dreamed of, and it not being what you imagined, centred on a generation of young men, and their managers, who were wildly successful and also immensely vulnerable, having the times of their lives and also in some cases cracking up.”

She said: “We fell out of touch as the years went by, but back in 2008 he was the first friend I made in this industry.
“Both of us so young, so ambitious, both hoping we’d ‘make it’. I hope you are at peace now”.
Camila Cabello described his death as a “tragedy” and said he “made an impression” on her when she was a young girl.
It was also understood that last year Liam and his team were in talks to make a behind the scenes documentary about his life after One Direction, but the project never materialised.
It is believed to have been inspired by his former bandmate Louis, after Liam attended the premiere of his film All Of Those Voices.
TELY CHANGES
This week, The Sun revealed how Simon had stepped down from BGT in the wake of the tragedy.
Former Strictly star Bruno Tonioli will stand in.
Filming for the ITV1 show was halted in the wake of Liam‘s tragic death.
A source said: “This news has hit Simon incredibly hard – he is utterly shocked and devastated.
“He adored Liam, and was close to his family with whom he is sure to reach out privately. He didn’t feel it was right to continue with filming BGT, and when it resumes on Saturday, does not feel he’ll be in the right head space to continue.
“All the judges and production crew are being hugely supportive.”
Simon released his own heart-wrenching tribute to Liam in which he said “every tear shed is a memory of you.”

SAD LOSS
Liam’s family has released an emotional statement on his premature passing.
It read: “We are heartbroken. Liam will forever live in our hearts and we’ll remember him for his kind, funny and brave soul.
“We are supporting each other the best we can as a family and ask for privacy and space during this awful time.”
This was followed by an emotional tribute from his sister Ruth Gibbins, who posted a series of images and an open letter to Liam where she said “I’m sorry I couldn’t save you.”
Liam was in Buenos Aires for pal Niall Horan’s tour when he tragically plunged from the third floor on Wednesday afternoon.
A source confirmed to The Sun that Liam has died.
Liam shared a post on Snapchat only minutes before his death and showed him and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy looking into a mirror.
The singer-songwriter was staying at Hotel CasaSur in the neighbourhood of Palermo.
Crowds of heartbroken fans have gathered behind a cordon outside the accommodation to pay tribute to the star.
The star’s cause of death has since been revealed as well as Liam’s tragic final hours.

I thought I met great guy on night out – then I had to flee 9,000 MILES to get away from him after he made my life hell
A BRITISH glamour model has moved thousands of miles to Australia after a “horrific” stalking ordeal left her with PTSD.
Fenella Fox says she was scared to leave her home for three years due to anxiety, and fled Down Under earlier this year.
Fenella Fox says she was scared to leave her home for three years[/caption]The 31-year-old, originally from Hereford, was one of multiple victims of Callum Blake-O’Brien, who she met on a night out.
No relationship developed but she said his harassment got worse when he realised she was an OnlyFans creator.
“I met him in a bar one night, and then he decided to stalk me,” she told The Sun.
“As soon as he found out about my job, it was just a bit of fun, like ‘jackpot.’”
She went on to say: “He sent long, very descriptive horrific messages to me repeatedly through Facebook, which I unfortunately gained PTSD from.
“I wasn’t comfortable living in Hereford after that and travelled a lot, eventually leading to me moving to Australia where I feel safer.”
She continued: “His messages were personalised, mentioning things about me I had shared on social media and they each described how he would rape and torture me.
“Police didn’t take it seriously at first but eventually realised how serious it was when other women came forward with similar threats, some much worse than mine.”
Blake-O’Brien created numerous fake social media accounts to send women what prosecutors described as “unimaginably horrendous” messages, reports the BBC.
He knew some of his victims and was acquainted with others. One was just 17.
He messaged the teenager out of the blue one night, with the content so disturbing she was left “freaked out” and showed her parents before reporting him to police, Worcester Crown Court heard.
Blake-O’Brien, then 25, admitted counts against 10 women and was given a jail sentence of two-and-a-half years in 2018.
Seven offences were of stalking involving the fear of violence, while three involved sending an electronic communication of an indecent or grossly offensive nature.
Fenella has been an OnlyFans creator for five years and in the online sex industry for 13 years.
TIP OF THE ICEBERG
She said Blake-O’Brien’s harassment of her was just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to creeps.
“I would go out sometimes, and people would expect me, because of my job, to sleep with them, to go home with them and there were occasions where guys would corner me,” she said.
“It would be really intimidating, or like they’d follow me home thinking that I’d have sex with them. It’s so strange.”
She said it’s actually quite the opposite, with many such creators suffering from social anxiety and not even sexually active.
“I’ve just recently got a boyfriend, so it’s changed for me. But if I disregard that I’ve only had sex like twice in the last 10 years,” she explained.
“There’s some creators that are completely asexual, and they’re just doing it for the money.”
Her experiences with the likes of Blake-O’Brien – who was jailed for two-and-a-half years in 2018 – led to her fearing leaving her home.
“For about three years I had severe agoraphobia,” Fenella explained.
“I was afraid to leave my house, and I’’d get everything I needed delivered. If I went to the supermarket I’d drive like an hour away and go to somewhere a bit further.”
I was left in a wheelchair and developed terrifying symptoms from using my PHONE too much
BY JACOB JAFFA
A MODEL was left with terrifying symptoms and in need of a wheelchair from using her phone too much.
Fenella Fox said that scrolling through her iPhone and iPad for up to 14 hours a day while running her OnlyFans account left her bed bound and unable to walk.
Fenella, 29, from Worcester, Worcestershire, developed severe vertigo from over-using her devices.
After some initial aches in her head and neck, which often forced her to lie down to ease the pain, her condition declined after moving to Portugal, before peaking in November 2021.
She said: “I started to get dizzy. I remember walking back after getting my groceries one time and I just thought it was sunstroke or something, I just didn’t feel okay.
“I had to sit down on the side of the road on this tiny patch of shade thinking I’ve got to push through this.
“It just felt like I really couldn’t walk properly, I felt really unwell. Dizzy, and kind of distorted. I can visualise it but it’s not easy to explain.”
Fenella even had to rush home while seeing a friend because he symptoms came on so suddenly.
However, she was baffled as to what was causing the issue.
She explained: “I’m in bed, I’m scrolling from wake until sleep. What I don’t know is at that point I’m making myself worse.
“I didn’t know it was my phone causing it, I thought I’d picked up a bug – was it Covid?”
The young model had to move back to the UK and live with her parents because she was unable to look after herself.
She recalled that she was unable to shower or cook for herself and even had to use a wheelchair during the six-month ordeal.

As well as Hereford, she also lived in Worcester, Manchester and Portugal for periods of time.
In Brisbane, the model says she only works on average for 10 minutes a day and is currently earning $7,000 a month off her 700 subscribers.
Fenella went viral for having unshaven armpit hair – and she said the decision to remain ungroomed polarised people, leading to more trolling.
“There were so many men commenting…things like ‘this is disgusting,’” she explained.
“‘You shouldn’t be allowed to do this, and ‘you should be covering up’. ‘You should be clean’. ‘You should be shaved’.
“There was a lot of outrage towards my armpit hair originally at the beginning,” she continued.
“I didn’t really get hate so much before the hair. It mostly gets triggered by the armpit hair.”
LESS SEXUALISED
Fenella went on to say: “I moved to Australia six months ago, and a big part of why I moved here is actually because I do feel safer here and I find my body to be less sexualised over here,” Fenella continued.
“I think that is because of the beach culture, so many people are wearing bikinis and sundresses.
“It’s so normal to see women’s bodies in tiny, tiny clothing, and the same with men wearing tiny pants to the beach, not like the British with the long shorts.”
She added: “I feel like everyone is a bit less sexualised over here.”
Fenella – who was earning around $23,000 a month when more active – has blocked access to her OnlyFans account for users in Australia.
“I just decided, I’m gonna try not to have an Australian fan base,” she said.

Women's Aid has this advice for victims and their families:
- Always keep your phone nearby.
- Get in touch with charities for help, including the Women’s Aid live chat helpline and services such as SupportLine.
- If you are in danger, call 999.
- Familiarise yourself with the Silent Solution, reporting abuse without speaking down the phone, instead dialing “55”.
- Always keep some money on you, including change for a pay phone or bus fare.
- If you suspect your partner is about to attack you, try to go to a lower-risk area of the house – for example, where there is a way out and access to a telephone.
- Avoid the kitchen and garage, where there are likely to be knives or other weapons. Avoid rooms where you might become trapped, such as the bathroom, or where you might be shut into a cupboard or other small space.
If you are a victim of domestic abuse, SupportLine is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm on 01708 765200. The charity’s email support service is open weekdays and weekends during the crisis – messageinfo@supportline.org.uk.

Sir Chris Hoy seen for first time since revealing terminal cancer as he works as pundit on Cycling World Championships
SIR Chris Hoy has been seen for the first time since revealing he has terminal cancer.
The six-time Olympic gold medal winner – who announced yesterday he has up to four years to live – is working as a BBC pundit this afternoon.
Sir Chris Hoy with the BBC’s Jill Douglas[/caption] Sir Chris revealed he has terminal cancer yesterday[/caption] Sir Chris with the BBC broadcasting team in Copenhagen[/caption] Sir Chris at the Paris Olympics over the summer[/caption]Sir Chris, 48, kept his terminal diagnosis a secret for a year and has continued his media duties, including covering the Paris Olympics over the summer.
Today he is covering the World Track Cycling Championships for the Beeb in Copenhagen – though has not made mention of his health battle during the programme.
‘I’M DOING WELL’
Presenter Jill Douglas began the BBC Two coverage of what is the final day of the competition alongside Sir Chris, asking him: “How you doing, Chris?”
He answered: “I’m doing well, thanks. I’m having a great week, some incredible performances and hopefully some more to come.”
He went on to say: “It’s always great to be back in the track centre, so many familiar faces, teammates, coaches, rivals and happy memories for me coming back to Copenhagen from 2002 and 2010.”
Later, he was seen interviewing Harrie Lavreysen after he won the Men’s Sprint.
Earlier today, Sir Chris posted a photo alongside some of the broadcasting team from the Ballerup Super Arena and said it’s “great to be out”.
He told fans: “You may see in the news this weekend some articles about my health, so I just wanted to reassure you all that I’m feeling fit, strong and positive, and overwhelmed by all the love and support shown to my family and me.”
Sir Chris had announced in February he was being “treated for cancer” and claimed it was going well – though knew in reality it was just “management”.
The star had gone to the doctor in late September last year after feeling a strain in his shoulder.
A tumour was found, before a second scan discovered the primary cancer in his prostate.
It had metastasised to Sir Chris’s bones – including his shoulder, pelvis, ribs, and spine.
Speaking of the appointment in which he found out about the tumour, he told the Sunday Times he thought “I’m just getting a bit old for lifting heavy weights”.
Referred by his physiotherapist for a scan, he went to hospital alone, expecting to be told to lay off upper-body work in the gym for a few weeks.
“I’m really sorry,” the doctor told him. The nurse’s eyes filled with tears. “There’s a tumour in your shoulder.”
Heartbreakingly, Sir Chris’ wife Sarra was told she had incurable and degenerative MS just weeks before his cancer news – with the couple opting not to tell the kids about their mother’s illness.
But they decided to be honest about their dad’s diagnosis.
GRUELLING TREATMENT
Sir Chris began chemo in November last year and recalled how 10-year-old son Callum kept asking if he’d lose his hair.
As a result, he wore a cold cap – which feels “like your head being in a vice” – during all six rounds over 18 weeks.
He said that it was the worst pain he’s ever experienced, adding while grinning sheepishly: “And I’ve got a very high pain threshold.”
Sir Chris and Sarra told their children about the cancer during dinner one night, to which Callum asked: “Are you going to die?”
The former Olympian explained the medication would hopefully mean he would “be here for many, many years”.
The sportsman suffered a violent allergic reaction in gruelling chemo sessions – but only missed five days of training on a bike.
How Chris Hoy went from lad on £5 bike inspired by ET to 6-time Olympic champion
By Jonathan Rose
SIR Chris Hoy began cycling at the age of six after he was inspired by the 1982 film ET.
Before he moved on to track cycling, he rode a BMX bike until the age of 15.
Sir Chris was ranked second in Britain, fifth in Europe and ninth in the World.
His dad picked up a £5 bike from a jumble sale – four years later Sir Chris was competing in the semi-final of a BMX world championship race.
“I was six when I saw ET,” he told The Guardian in 2020. “It changed my life. I wasn’t interested in cycling at all before.”
“The bikes I’d seen in Edinburgh just seemed functional things for getting from A to B,” continued Hoy, who grew up in Murrayfield.
“Then I saw those BMX bikes on screen and I was hooked. It wasn’t the scene where they cycle across the sky, but when they get chased by the police and they’re doing jumps and skidding round corners.
“It was the most exciting thing I’d ever seen. I wanted to do that.”
Four years later he became part of the British national squad.
A world championship medal came in 1999 with silver in the team sprint.
Sir Chris went on to become the second most decorated Olympic cyclist of all time.
The Prime Minister has said “the whole country” is behind Sir Chris following his terminal cancer diagnosis.
Sir Keir Starmer tweeted on Sunday: “Such sad news.
“Chris is a British sporting legend. To face his diagnosis with such positivity is inspiring.
“The whole country is behind him and his family.”
Sir Mark Cavendish, who holds the record for most stages won in the Tour de France, hailed Sir Chris as a “hero of a human being”.
Amy Joy Williams, MBE, the British former skeleton racer and Olympic gold medallist, added: “A pure superhuman who everyone loves. x”
And, Paddy McGuinness shared: “Some man”, as Dame Kelly Holmes wrote: “Sending love to you Chris.” While comedian Jack Whitehall penned: “Sending you all the love mate.”
All That Matters: My Toughest Race Yet by Sir Chris Hoy is published on November 7.
