Bayern Munich make TWO subtle changes to iconic badge but can you spot it?

BAYERN MUNICH have changed their iconic badge, but traditional fans will be happy to know it’s nothing major.

Bayern are one of the greatest football clubs in the history of the game having won a staggering 33 Bundesliga titles and six Champions League trophies.

However, Harry Kane and co are set to embark on a new era with a new logo.

But the Bavarians look set for a very smooth transition as the two changes imposed on their popular badge are so subtle fans can barely notice.

Bayern officials basically maintained the same design but adjusted the colours with the blue and red shades getting brighter and lighter respectively.

Fans stormed social media immediately after the grand unveiling and of course many of them can’t spot any major difference.

And that of course led to a series of sarcastic comments on Instagram.

One fan posted: “A new era.”

Another commented: “NGL, even though there’s barely a difference the new one looks worse.”

A third wrote: “Bro just turned the brightness up on his device.”

This one said: “The designer took 3 months to create this!”

That one stated: “Someone got paid a lot of money for this.”

And another fan used the popular meme from The Office‘s US version where Jenna Fischer’s character Pam Beesly says: “They’re the same picture”.

Harry Kane reveals his favourite England goals

HARRY KANE is already England’s all-time record goalscorer.

But the Three Lions skipper will NOT be stopping there.

To mark his 100th cap for his country, Kane spoke to SunSport’s CHARLIE WYETT about some of his special England goals….

FIRST ENGLAND GOAL

“My debut v Lithuania. March 2015.

“There was a lot of talk in the build-up to that camp because I was playing well for Spurs.

“I got a great reception and within a couple of minutes I scored a goal.

“I don’t think I could have dreamed it any better.

“My friends and family were there. That was a really special night.”

FAVOURITE ENGLAND GOAL

“It’s between two, for me.

“Against Germany, the one at Wembley in Euro 2020.

“Also, the header against Tunisia at the World Cup in 2018.

“That moment of scoring a last-minute winner at my first World Cup was special.”

BEST ENGLAND GOAL

“The one I scored in Poland away in a World Cup qualifier in 2021. It was from 25 yards.”

(Kane picked up the ball from Kyle Walker, advanced towards goal and put his foot through it.)

“It kind of drifted away and it was a good strike, probably my furthest-out goal for England.”

Urgent warning over ‘dangerous’ Primark coat that could put babies’ lives at risk – as retailer issues apology

MUMS have been warned about a a new winter maternity coat that could put babies at risk due to overheating.

Doctors claimed the coat could be “unsafe” after a video posted to Primark‘s Instagram showed showed a baby being zipped into garment to the point its head was covered.

Primark said the model was using the coat ‘incorrectly’[/caption]

Primark has since removed the video from its social media.

A spokesperson told Sun Health: “We’ve removed a video that briefly showed a model using our maternity coat incorrectly while carrying a baby in a sling.

“While the coat meets all UK and EU standards, we know we have a responsibility to our customers to be mindful of the content we share and we’re very sorry for the concern it has caused.”

The £45 padded maternity jacket recently rolled out by the fashion retailer is designed to be used during pregnancy and after birth.

It features a zip away panel that can be added to the front of the coat to accommodate a growing bump and keep babies warm if they’re being carried in a sling.

Safety concerns around the coat were sparked after Primark shared a video on Instagram demonstrating the coat’s functionality.

The clip showed the baby being zipped up into the coat and for a brief moment its head was completely covered.

This raised concerns among viewers, who pointed out potential risks related to safety.

Baby health experts took issue with the fact that the coat appears to be able to zip up all the way over the baby’s head.

Dr Niamh Lynch, a consultant paediatrician and paediatric neurologist, voiced her concerns about the coat’s design in the comment section.

She said: “Anything that covers a baby’s face in a sling poses a risk of rebreathing and overheating.”

The Primark spokesperson noted that the model used the maternity coat “incorrectly” in the video.

“The coat, which is designed to be worn both during pregnancy and beyond, has a removable middle panel with a central zip that pulls down to allow the baby’s head to move freely and there are zips either side of the panel to create additional space,” they said.

It’s understood the coat design is sold across many other retailers.

Dr Lynch posted a video to her own Instagram page to further address her concerns about the jacket.

She claimed there were two possible issues with the product.

“Number one is the obscuring of the baby’s face and number two is the possibility of overheating.

“Yes, this thing looks really, really cosy, but cosy isn’t always good when it comes to babies.”

T.I.C.K.S guidelines for using baby slings and carriers

When you're carrying your baby in a sling or carrier, keep T.I.C.K.S. in mind:

Tight

The sling should be tight enough to hug your baby close.

Any slack/loose fabric will allow your baby to slump down in the carrier which can hinder their breathing and pull on your back.

In View At All Times

You should always be able to see your baby’s face by glancing down.

The fabric of a sling or carrier should not close around them so you have to open it to check on them. In a cradle position your baby should face upwards not be turned in towards your body

Close Enough To Kiss

Your baby’s head should be close to your chin.

By tipping your head forward you should be able to kiss your baby on the head or forehead

Keep Chin Off The Chest

Ensure there is at least a finger width of space under your baby’s chin.

A baby should never be curled so their chin is forced onto their chest as this can restrict their breathing.

Supported Back

Your baby’s back should be supported in its natural position with their tummy and chest against you.

If a sling is too loose they can slump which can partially close their airway.

This can be tested by placing a hand on your baby’s back and pressing gently – they should not uncurl or move closer to you.

Source: TICKS

Babies aren’t good at regulating their own body temperature so they’re vulnerable to overheating.

According to the NHS, too much bedding or clothing or a hot room can increase the risk of this happening.

It said overheating can increase the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) – when an apparently healthy baby inexplicably dies.

SIDS is very rare, only affecting 200 babies in the UK each year.

This item is dangerous and should not be sold. Never cover your baby’s face when in a sling

Professor Afif EL-Khuffash

Dr Lynch said it was important to keep certain things in mind when carrying your baby in a sling or carrier.

She said your baby needs to be nestled tightly against your body, in view at all times and close enough to kiss.

You also need to make sure that your tot’s back is supported and that they aren’t curled up with their chin against their chest, as that could restrict their breathing.

Dr Lynch’s advice is in line with what’s known as the T.I.C.K.S. Rule for safe baby-wearing.

‘Safety comes first’

Before the video was taken down, a number of people took to the comments to gush about the coat.

One commenter said: “This is such a great idea! I wish this was been available when my son was young!”

Another added: “OMG! What a fabulous idea!” with another saying “Absolutely genius – and such a pretty coat!”

But Dr Lynch wasn’t the only one to voice safety concerns about the maternity puffer.

Professor Afif EL-Khuffash, a consultant neonatologist at the Rotunda Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, and a clinical professor of paediatrics at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, commented: “This item is dangerous and should not be sold. Never cover your baby’s face when in a sling.”

He went on to add: “The fact that it can be zipped all the way over the baby’s head does make it unsafe. No question.”

A spokesperson from nursery retailer Winstanleys Pramworld emphasised the importance of safe babywearing practices following the controversy.

They reiterated the need to follow the T.I.C.K.S guidelines, which provide key safety tips for using slings.

They also stressed the importance of avoiding overheating, as babies can easily become too warm when wrapped in thick layers of clothing.

“Overheating is another crucial concern for parents,” the spokesperson said.

“Babies can easily become too warm when bundled in thick layers.

“While their hands or face might feel cold, this doesn’t necessarily reflect their core temperature.

“To check if your baby is comfortable, feel their tummy or back, which should be warm but not hot or cold.”

The Pramworld spokesperson added: “Primark’s new maternity coat offers an affordable and innovative solution, but safety should always come first when it comes to babywearing, particularly in preventing overheating and ensuring proper positioning.”

Making sure your baby doesn't get too hot or cold

  • When you check your baby, make sure they’re not too hot. If your baby is sweating or their tummy feels hot to the touch, take off some of the bedding. Do not worry if their hands or feet feel cool – this is normal.
  • It’s easier to adjust for the temperature by using layers of lightweight blankets. Remember, a folded blanket counts as 2 blankets. Lightweight, well-fitting baby sleeping bags are a good choice, too.
  • Babies do not need hot rooms. All-night heating is rarely necessary. Keep the room at a temperature that’s comfortable – about 16 to 20C is ideal.
  • If it’s very warm, your baby may not need any bedclothes other than a sheet.
  • Even in winter, most babies who are unwell or feverish do not need extra clothes.
  • Babies should never sleep with a hot water bottle or electric blanket, next to a radiator, heater or fire, or in direct sunshine.
  • Babies lose excess heat through their heads, so make sure their heads cannot be covered by bedclothes, slings or carriers while they’re asleep.
  • Remove hats and extra clothing as soon as you come indoors or enter a warm car, bus or train, even if it means waking your baby.
  • Do not cover your baby’s pram or buggy with blankets or any other cover that stops air circulating. This can lead to overheating and makes it difficult for you to monitor your baby’s temperature.

Jellycat is a toy brand whose popularity rivals similar plush toys Squishmallows and is known for its high-quality, unique designs.

The London-based company now sells cute toys globally, shipping to over 77 countries and releasing new themed collections regularly for shoppers to collect.

The brand was originally created for babies, but the plush characters have since gone viral, with fans of all ages showing off their collections on social media.

Whether you are a die-hard fan or a parent buying for your children, buying the adorable cuddly characters in the Black Friday sale will save you a small fortune.

While the brand has yet to reveal details of its Black Friday sale, in this guide we have outlined everything that we know so far…

When is Black Friday 2024?

This year’s Black Friday sale will take place on 29 November.

This date changes each year, but a good way to remember is that it always falls on the last Friday in November (or the day After Thanksgiving in the US).

Black Friday has evolved into a worldwide shopping event, not just an American holiday, with international retailers and brands launching Black Friday promotions throughout November.

Nowadays consumers can get deals on everything from appliances and toys to homeware to beauty products.

More Amazing Black Friday Deals

Is Jellycat taking part in Black Friday this year?

The official Jellycat website has yet to reveal what shoppers can expect this Black Friday.

While we do not have 100% confirmation the official Jellycat website will host Black Friday deals, in 2023 selected Jellycat plush toys did go on sale at retail stockists such as John Lewis.

Many Jellycat stockists like Selfridges, The White Company, John Lewis and Fenwick are confirmed to be taking part in Black Friday sales, so it’s likely we will see some items being discounted throughout the shopping bonanza.

What deals to expect in the Jellycat Black Friday sale 2024?

We expect to see Jellycat deals from many retailers during Black Friday

Jellycat deals

The official Jellycat website has not confirmed whether it will be offering Black Friday deals this November.

However, shoppers can expect to find deals through various online retailers such as Amazon, Selfridges, John Lewis, Hamleys and Waterstones.

There are likely to be Jellycat deals available across many stockists, but specific deals will not be revealed until those sales launch.

We are updating this page with all the latest Jellycat offers as they are released, so be sure to check back here for updates over the coming weeks.

Jellycat deals live NOW

Fans of the adorable Jellycat plush toy range needn't wait until Black Friday to score discounts on their favourite characters.

Here are the latest Jellycat sale deals we have spotted online:

  • Jellycat Halloween Ooky Bat, £29.76 (was £35.48) from Amazon – shop here
  • Jellycat Amuseable Peanut, £30.65 (was £38.90) from Amazon – shop here

  • Jellycat Festive Folly Penguin, £9.09 (was £13.99) from Campus Gifts – shop here

What was in Jellycat’s sale last year?

There wasn’t an official Jellycat sale on their website last year.

However, shoppers were able to find markdowns on popular items such as Bashful Bunnies, Fuddlewuddle Bears, and other charming Jellycat characters elsewhere at other retailers.

While the official Jellycat website did not host its own sales last year, we’re not entirely sure that they’ll do the same this year; and may opt to offer its own sale.

The third-party deals provided an opportunity to purchase beloved plush toys at lower prices, making Christmas shopping and gifting a complete breeze

When is Cyber Monday 2024 and is Jellycat taking part?

Cyber Monday this year falls on 2 December and always falls on the first Monday directly after Black Friday.

Cyber Monday marks the end of the Cyber Weekend sales period, but in recent years some brands have extended their sales well into December.

Jellycat didn’t take part in Black Friday promotions last year, so we’d say they probably won’t be offering Cyber Monday deals if they aren’t doing any for Black Friday.

Third-party retailers that stock Jellycat toys are most likely to offer deals across the Cyber Weekend, so make sure you do your research and bookmark key retailers to go back to when the sales launch.

How much does Jellycat shipping cost?

Jellycat offers various shipping options for UK shoppers.

The UK standard delivery via Royal Mail is free for orders over £45 and typically takes around three working days to arrive.

If your order is under £45, standard delivery costs £4.

For faster shipping options, you can choose express delivery with DHL for £6, which is estimated to arrive within two working days.

Does Jellycat offer any other discounts?

The best way to stay up to date with Jellycat offers is by signing up for the brand’s newsletter or following the official social media channels.

Throughout the year shoppers can also find promotional codes and seasonal discounts through various online retailers and partner websites.

I was quoted £400 to panel my wall but did it myself for £18 with an easy B&Q kit – it only took me 2 hours

WHEN it comes to decorating homes, adding panelling seems to be all the rage these days.

However, one savvy woman shared how she saved herself £400 by doing it herself instead of hiring a professional – thanks to a £18 B&Q kit.

She showed off the stylish-looking end result, which took just two hours[/caption]

TikTok user @leahjamo showed how her lounge looked rather plain and bare before the transformation.

She showed how she wanted to spruce up the wall that held her TV, so purchased the bargain B&Q kit.

Leah wrote: “POV you got the £18 panelling kit from B&Q and saved £400.

“Save yourself that money and get your diy head on.”

First she laid out the wooden panels on the wall to check they would fit, and then attached them with No More Nails.

All she had to do was stick them in place, wait for them to dry and then she could get on with painting them.

She opted for Johnson’s paint in the shade Toasted Beige for a polished finish.

After adding a side table with autumnal decorations, the lounge looked so chic, and thankfully hadn’t taken long at all to achieve.

Leah shared how she had spent just two hours on the job in total.

Many people were impressed with her DIY job, and her video has racked up over 88,000 likes.

One person wrote: “I’m going to find this end of the week.”

Easy kit

According to the B&Q website, it appeared to be the Cheshire Mouldings MDF Wall panelling kit.

The product description reads: “Get a more up-to-date take on shaker panelling with the MDF wall kit.

“The slightly thicker MDF strips create a bold statement on any wall.

Can wall panelling add value to your home?

AN INTERIORS expert has revealed how panelling can instantly add more value to your home.

Lucy Henderson, head of design at My Bespoke Room, explained: “A few tips and tricks can make a big difference when designing and fitting out a home.”

The interior whizz noted: “Timber panelling can add a ‘wow factor’ to certain properties, especially period properties.

“Half-height, full-height, or painted wall panelling can add interesting detail to rooms, like hallways and bedrooms.

“Well-made panelling adds a more high-end feeling to a property and can make it appear more expensive.”

According to her, this feature can help any space feel cosier and more intimate.

Other things that can add value, according to Lucy, are walls in neutral colours or green and blue tones, high quality flooring, and having both a bath and walk-in shower.

“MDF is a hardwearing and stable material when sealed and can remain in place for years.

“Its smooth surfaces are easy to paint the colour of your choice.”

Each kit includes six 1.2m MDF strips (97mmx9mm) and it covers an area of approximately 1.2msq.

Leah said in her comments that she needed two kits to cover her wall.

The website says the wood is “easy to fix to your wall with glue, nails or screw.”

Liam Payne fans realise tragic connection between One Direction song and star’s heartbreaking death

LIAM Payne’s heartbroken fans have drawn on a tragic connection between a One Direction song and the star’s death.

Former One Direction star Liam, 31, died from multiple injuries after falling from a third floor hotel balcony in Buenos Aires on Wednesday afternoon.

Some fans have spotted a tragic link between One Direction’s Perfect track and Liam’s death[/caption]

Devastated fans across the globe have shared their grief online and have been listening to the pop group’s famous hits to find comfort.

Some have pointed out a link between some of the lyrics in their hit track Perfect and Liam’s tragic hotel room death.

The chorus includes these lyrics: “But if you like causing trouble up in hotel rooms,” which has become more poignant now.

They go on to sing: “And if you like having secret little rendezvous. If you like to do the things you know that we shouldn’t do. Then baby, I’m perfect. Baby, I’m perfect for you.”

The track was also released on October 16 2015 and Liam tragically died on October 16 2024, in another eerie observation.

Harrowing pictures showed inside Liam’s hotel room shortly after his fatal fall.

Argentine media have published troubling images showing white powder, burnt aluminium foil and a smashed TV screen.

Fans have raced to share their heartbreak after listening to the haunting lyrics.

One wrote: “I was listening to this song this morning… feels surreal now that we’ve heard of things that have happened. Rest easy, Liam.”

A second wrote: “Thanks Liam for your lovely voice in my childhood you’re gonna live forever we all owe.”

A third said: “Listening to One Direction will never feel the same now. RIP Liam.”

The One Direction star’s autopsy found he died from severe injuries sustained in a fall from a third floor balcony but that he didn’t adopt a reflex position.

Prosecutors said that given this, the position he was found in and the injuries he sustained, he may have been partly or fully unconscious when he fell.

A post-mortem revealed that Liam died after suffering “internal and external haemorrhaging” caused by the severe injuries.

Yesterday emergency services said the singer died instantly from multiple injuries including a fractured skull.

Chief Alberto Crescenti said: “The alarm was raised at 5.04pm local time saying a person was lying in an internal patio at Casa Sur.

“Our role was to head there quickly, give medical attention, and try to resuscitate him, but his injuries were incompatible with life.

“Based on what the team saw, there was apparently a cranial fracture and extremely serious injuries that led to his immediate death.”

A 911 call from hotel staff later that afternoon revealed they needed “urgent assistance” from cops to help with a guest “behaving erratically”.

Liam was found dead in the hotel’s inner courtyard at just after 5pm local time (9pm UK time).

His death was confirmed as soon as ambulance crews arrived.

Cops discovered “what appeared to be narcotics, alcohol, destroyed objects and furniture” in his room.

Photos published by Argentine media showed white powder, burnt aluminium foil and a smashed TV screen inside his suite.

Forensic teams reported that a whiskey bottle, lighter and mobile phone were retrieved from the building’s internal courtyard where Liam’s body was found.

But cops are yet to confirm what the substances found in the room are and are due to run tests on them shortly.

The singer had been open about his battles with addiction in the past.

Officials have said “everything indicates” that he was alone when he died and could have been partly or fully unconscious when he fell.

A full toxicology report is still pending and could take weeks to become public.

Tributes to Liam Payne

SHOCKED fans, former co-workers, loved ones and friends flooded social media with sad tributes to Liam Payne after news of his death emerged.

Harry Styles’ mum Anne was among the first from One Direction’s camp to share her reaction, posting a photo of Liam and writing ‘Just a boy…’ alongside a broken heart emoji.

He said: “I remember him as a 14 year old turning up to audition on The X Factor, and blowing us away singing Sinatra. He just loved to sing.

“He was always a joy, had time for everyone, polite, grateful, and was always humble.”

BBC Radio 2 presenter Zoe Ball reacted to the “devastating news” on her show and told fans she hugged her own son Woody tight this morning.

JLS band member Marvin Humes reflected on his memories with the singer, sharing: “I first met Liam in 2008 with the JLS boys whilst auditioning for X Factor..he was 14 years old..

“We instantly clicked and looked at him as a little brother..that year it worked out for us but not for him and then 2 years later he went back to audition and One Direction was born..the rest is history..

“Absolutely heartbroken by the tragic news..Liam you wanted to be a global superstar and you did it bro..just can’t believe that things have ended this way..it’s shocking..my thoughts and prayers are with all your family and friends brother..RIP.”

Niall Horan’s brother Greg shared an emotional tribute to Liam, praising him as a “top young man”.

He added: “You will be forever missed. Liam, words can’t describe how much I want to grab my brother and mind him now while the world shows their memories of you and him and the boys.

“My heart goes out to your family parents and sisters and your son Bear and your 1D brothers.

“10th October we met and we started out that evening as 5 families into one big one 1D family thank you for all the laughs bro watch down on all your family and mind them lots of love kiddo x x x 1D 4 LIFE x x x”

German DJ Anton Zaslavski, otherwise known as Zedd, has taken to X with a devastated statement.

The producer, who worked with Liam on his 2017 hit Get Low, wrote: “RIP Liam… I can’t believe this is real…absolutely heartbreaking…”

American singer, Charlie Puth, who was friends with Liam and also collaborated with him on a song called Bedroom Floor, has posted a series of Instagram stories dedicated to him.

Alongside photos of the two of them together in their younger days, Charlie wrote: “I am in shock right now. Liam was always so kind to me.

“He was one of the first major artists I got to work with. I can not believe he is gone…

“I am so upset right now, may he rest in peace. I am so sorry…”

Irish singer duo Jedward also took to social media, saying: “RIP Liam Payne. Condolences to friends and family.”

In another tweet, they added: “Sending strength to Cheryl and his son Bear. And all the One direction Family. RIP Liam Payne.”

American media personality Paris Hilton shared: “So upsetting to hear the news of Liam Payne passing. Sending love and condolences to his family & loved ones. RIP my friend.”

ITV weather presenter Alex Beresford shared a news video about Liam’s tragic death on Instagram, adding: “Can’t believe this! RIP Liam.”

Meanwhile Love Island star Molly Marsh penned: “I’m so taken aback, rest in peace.”

James Cordon also paid his own tribute, describing the star as a “loving and kind soul”.

The Gavin and Stacey actor wrote on Instagram: “Talking about Liam in the past tense is utterly heart-breaking.

“I will treasure the moments I got to spend with him. My thoughts are with his family today x.”

Payne previously appeared on Cordon’s The Late Late Show in America.

Former Little Mix star Jade Thirwall – who won X Factor with her bandmates one year after One Direction took part – described him as “the first friend I made in this industry”.

She said: “We fell out of touch as the years went by, but back in 2008 he was the first friend I made in this industry.

“Both of us so young, so ambitious, both hoping we’d ‘make it’. I hope you are at peace now”.

Camila Cabello described his death as a “tragedy” and said he “made an impression” on her when she was a young girl.

Ryanair to launch first-ever UK flights to Turkey this winter – with £30 fares

BUDGET airline Ryanair will be launching its first-ever flights to Turkey from the UK later this year.

Later this year, Ryanair will operate two new routes from London Stansted to Bodrum and Dalaman in Turkey.

The no-frills airline started flying to Turkey in 2018, with routes from Bratislava and Dublin.

Six years after first launching flights to Turkey, Brit holidaymakers will be able to fly to the country using the budget airline.

Flights for Bodrum will leave London Stansted at 6.45am before arriving in Turkey at 12.35pm local time.

Return flights will then leave Bodrum at 13.35pm, touching down in the UK at 2.40pm.

One-way fares will start from as little as £29.99, with flights launching on December 1.

Bodrum has been dubbed the “St Tropez of Turkey” because of the superyachts that bob in the city’s bays.

The Turkish city also has a pristine promenade as well as designer shops on every corner, making it a magnet for the rich and famous.

A-listers like Mick JaggerKate MossTom Hanks and Bill Gates have all been spotted on holiday in Bodrum.

Arguably, one of Bodrum’s main draws is its 65 beaches, including Bitez Beach, Kumbahçe Beach and Central Bodrum City Beach.

The Turkish city also sits on the site of Halicarnassus, which once held the Mausoleum — one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Other archeological draws include a 15th-century castle and the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, which houses one of the oldest prehistoric exhibitions in the world.

And just outside, there is the village of Etrim, where families have been making traditional Turkish rugs for hundreds of years.

Ryanair services to Dalaman will begin one day later on December 2, 2024.

Flights to Dalaman will leave London Stansted at 6am, landing in Turkey at 12.50pm.

Return services will then leave Dalaman at 2.45pm, arriving back in the UK at 3.45pm.

One of Dalaman’s most famous attractions is the rock tombs of Fethiye, built into the huge cliff faces.

But just like Bodrum, Dalaman also has a beautiful coastline lined with beach hotels like the 4H Holiday Village AQI Turkiye and Sunway Hotel.

Next year, Sun Express will start flying from Newcastle to
Dalaman.

New Ryanair routes

BUDGET airline Ryanair has also added several other new routes to its network in recent weeks and months. Here are a few of the airline's latest offerings...

  • The no-frills airline has added a new winter service from Belfast International Airport to Kaunas, Lithuania.
  • Ryanair has launched four other new routes from London Stansted to Dubrovnik, Linz, Reggio and Sarajevo.
  • Back in April, Ryanair launched its first flights from Cardiff, flying to both Tenerife and Alicante in Spain.
  • Also in April, Ryanair’s first routes from Norwich Airport launched to Alicante, Faro and Malta.
  • Other new Ryanair routes include Newcastle to Marrakech in October, in time for the winter season.
  • Another new Morocco route from the budget airline is from Manchester to Tangier, which was named the best value flight destination.

Meanwhile, this airport has warned passengers to keep to strict luggage rules despite having the new scanners in place.

And this airport security guard revealed the mistakes that get passengers held up most frequently.

Liam Payne was seen ‘very upset’ & arguing with mystery woman in hotel lobby three hours before his tragic death

TRAGIC Liam Payne was allegedly seen arguing with a mystery woman in the hotel lobby just three hours before his fatal fall, a guest has claimed.

Michael Fleischmann was also staying at the Casa Sur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires and claims he saw the One Direction star “very upset” as he argued about money in front of other guests.

The American, who is based in Argentina, told local newspaper The Buenos Aires Herald what he saw unfold at the boutique hotel around 2pm local time.

According to Fleischmann, the Brit singer kept repeating: “I’ll give you US$20,000 dollars just because I can. I have US$55 million and I like to help people.”

Fleischmann said he didn’t realise it was Liam at first, but later recognised the star as the man he’d seen in the hotel lobby when news of his tragic death broke.

He described the 31-year-old as “a man with an English accent who seemed to be causing a disturbance.”

The guest claimed that Liam “seemed very upset, agitated, a little wild, walking around and pacing,” as well as “very energised”.

Fleischmann’s mum, Toni, added the star was allegedly also yelling, saying he could help the woman.

He continued: “We don’t know what they were doing before that, but she looked very uncomfortable and he kept repeating that information.”

The Fleischmanns claimed the woman was probably a local as she was speaking Spanish and had a translator by her side, who was also trying to stop the alleged argument.

Toni said: “It just looked like she was extremely uncomfortable with him, and a little apprehensive.”

The mum added the hotel lobby was almost empty at the time of the alleged altercation, saying:  “It was just my son, me, Liam Payne, the woman and the staff.

“The manager was trying to politely intervene or calm him down. There was a feeling of anxiety in the area.”

Although it was only verbal, the Fleischmanns were concerned that it might get more heated.

According to Michael, “the situation definitely felt very tense.”

After that, the mum and son went up to their room just as Liam allegedly got in an elevator.

Michael said: “He kind of pushed my arm out of the way. That’s the last I saw him.”

He then claims to have exited the elevator with his mum before seeing the mystery woman outside talking on the phone.
