LIAM Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy shared one of the final photos of the star before his death alongside a heartfelt message.

The model took a snap of the One Direction star as they rode horses together in the countryside.

Liam tragically plunged from the third floor of a luxury hotel in Argentina on Wednesday afternoon, TMZ has reported.

Within an hour before local media began reporting on his death, the singer uploaded photos of his food and detailed his plans to play polo.

He filmed Kate, 25, as they ate breakfast, revealing they had been staying at their friend’s home together.
