Ex-Orlando Pirates star in a car accident! – Update

Ex-Pirates star, Gabadinho Mhango was in an accident with witnesses claiming he was drunk.

Former Orlando Pirates attacker, Gabadinho Mhango was involved in an accident that saw him collide with a taxi.

Thankfully, he is okay – to an extent. Here is the latest update on his health.

EX-PIRATES STAR INVOLVED IN CAR ACCIDENT

Mhango is okay although he did sustain injuries after hitting the taxi.

“The Marumo Gallants and former Orlando Pirates attacker Gabadinho Mhango was involved in a car accident in Bloemfontein which left him injured,” the statement read on Goal.

He sustained an injury to his forehead. In fact, he was bleeding.

Moreover, the incident has sparked outrage with drunk driving allegations made against the Marumo Gallants attacker. Furthermore, a witness claims that he was drunk and carrying four girls from Bloemfontein on board with him.

“[Mhango had] four Bloem girls in the car… [The] community is angry because he’s drunk. I feel sorry for his career now,” a witness, Darlington Mokgadi said.

ALLEGATIONS TO JEOPARDIZE HIS CAREER

At the moment, these allegations are being investigated.

Meaning, at the time of publication, nothing has been proven. However, if it turns out that he was driving drunk it could damage his football career.

“The Malawi international was allegedly drunk when he hit a taxi, something that might put him at loggerheads with his employers,” the same publication added.

Therefore, the results of the investigation will determine what Marumo Gallants and the PSL decide to do with Mhango. Thankfully, he survived and did not sustain any series injuries.

Meanwhile, speaking of ex-Bucs stars, these players could join Kaizer Chiefs or Sundowns now.

DO YOU BELIEVE MHANGO SHOULD BE FINED OR WHAT SHOULD GALLANTS AND THE PSL DO IF HE WAS INDEED DRIVING DRUNK PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT?
