A CLASSIC BMW E34 M5 has been found abandoned in the garage of a $1.5 million mansion.
Untouched since 2008 and covered in dust and grime, the retro Beemer features a black finish and a stylish ivory leather interior – but no one knows why it was left behind by its original owner.

The recently uncovered BMW, which was found and filmed by two separate YouTube channels – BigBankz and Silent Hills Explorations – comes with German license plates on the front bumper and a Georgian plate on the rear.
But unfortunately, neither channel is able to shed any light on the M5’s previous owner – other than he was doctor who, along with the BMW, owned several die-cast model cars that are found scattered throughout the home.
Believed to have been sitting in the mansion’s garage since 2008, one video claims that the BMW’s owner was spotted by the mansion’s neighbors as recently as 2015.
They claimed that they saw the man putting items into the back of a truck, as well as in his other car, a Porsche.
After some years, the neighbours became concerned about the property becoming overgrown and police were called to do a wellness check.
It was then that they discovered that the home had become abandoned, with a squatter reportedly living inside.
However, the filmmakers couldn’t provide any solid proof to these claims.
Big Bankz notes that the abandoned BMW comes with a manual transmission, and he describes it as a”beautiful car” that was “still in great condition.”
The second-generation M5, known as the E34, was built between 1988 and 1995, and was made available as a four-door saloon and a five-door estate – although the wagon iteration was unavailable in the US.
The E34 M5 featured a beefy 3.5-litre straight-six engine, capable of 310 bhp and a limited top speed of 155 mph.
This comes as two urban explorers recently discovered a treasure trove of abandoned cars which has been described as “Britain’s best” collection – and some of them are incredibly rare.
YouTube star Tazer Urbex and his friend Colin, better known as the Bearded Explorer, have stumbled across the brilliant find at a secret location – kept hidden for legal reasons.
Little is known about the owner of these vehicles, but Tazer does mention a police investigation.
Elsewhere, a petrolhead was left speechless when he discovered a lot filled with everything from vintage Mercedes to Mini Coopers.
