She’s the queen of image transformations, but Katie Price’s latest look has stunned fans, as it’s very different from what they’re used to seeing from her.
The former glamour model, 46, is known for splurging on cosmetic procedures, having undergone her sixth facelift earlier this year, setting her back £10,000.
On top of that, Katie has had 17 boob jobs in total, as well as facial filler, Brazilian butt lifts, tummy tucks, and corrective surgery, all of which have set her back over £100,000.
Seldom shy when it comes to flaunting her assets, the mum-of-five is often seen in racy attire, having donned a sexy police officer costume for Halloween just days ago.
Her latest look, however, is much more demure.
Taking to Instagram this afternoon, the I’m A Celebrity star modelled a rather conservative outfit, covering up in a beige sweater and pleated skirt.
The jumper dress is part of Katie’s collection with JYY London and is priced at £48.
She teamed the outfit with a pair of black heels and kept her makeup minimal, with her raven locks swept over her shoulder.
‘New me 🤎 can’t believe I’m enjoying this long dress’, Katie wrote in the caption, clearly taken aback by her own transformation.
The comments section was flooded with compliments for the reality TV icon, with user frankiebhoy79 writing: ‘Now that looks amazing katie you look so elegant and it really suits you 😍’
‘Very classy! Looks beautiful on you 🔥’, wrote karynt15.
She was also branded ‘very natural’ by frank_mullerberlin and karenfaithfull urged her to ‘keep the look’.

Katie, who recently became an aunt once again as her sister gave birth, attended a pal’s Halloween party last weekend in a very contrasting look, seemingly poking fun at her year of legal woes by cosplaying as an officer of the law.
Putting a raunchy spin on the police officer uniform, she wore a pair of skintight leggings with see-through mesh panels, paired with knee-high boots.
Her top was very low-cut, with her busty cleavage on full display.
Katie added a cap, tie, and carried a pair of handcuffs, pouting for cameras as she posed with her crew.
Just months ago, the Celebrity Big Brother winner was arrested upon landing back at Heathrow from Turkey, due to failure to attend hearings relating to her second bankruptcy.
Katie, who is dating Married At First Sight star JJ Slater, claimed she was in Istanbul to film a documentary about corrective procedures.
In the past, she has hit out at critics of her appearance, telling OK! Magazine last year: ‘I’ll do what the hell I want, when I want.’
‘I only started having things done to my face in my 40s,’ she explained.
‘When I was younger, I had my boobs done and my nose done, but that was it. I didn’t have any fillers or anything like that. […] Now I’m in my 40s, I will look and be as fake as I want to be.’
Katie had her first breast enlargement in 1998, boosting her 32B cup breasts to a 32C.
It’d probably be impossible to recall all the surgeries and tweakments she’s had since then, from Botox to veneers, and from tattooed makeup to liposuction.
She’s even had brow, eye, and lip lifts.
In total, cosmetic surgery is believed to have cost Katie over £130,000, including spending at least £84,000 on boob jobs alone.
