In the UK, a female prison guard faces charges after it was purportedly captured on camera that she had sex with a male prisoner.
According to the Met Police, the correctional officer, who was identified by the DailyMail as married swinger Linda De Sousa Abreu, will be charged with misconduct when she appears in jail at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The shockingly popular video, which depicts a woman having sex with an anonymous prisoner in a cell at Wandsworth, a men’s prison in London, sparked an investigation by police on Friday.
The inquiry was launched on Friday, according to police, “after officers were made aware of a video allegedly filmed inside HMP Wandsworth,” the BBC was informed.
“Guys we’ve made history, this is what I’m telling you,” the friend, who is smoking as he films, says to the camera.
Abreu also runs an OnlyFans account, and was once on a UK TV show about her love for sex, the Mail previously revealed.
“She’s a swinger,” her sister Andreina told the UK paper.
“Linda gave herself to the wrong lifestyle, 100%, and now she’s suffering the consequences unfortunately, which has fallen down on her husband, our parents and myself,” the sister said.
The BBC said that the horrifying video surfaced months after inspectors discovered the prison was grossly overcrowded, rife with rodents, and beset by a rise in inmate violence.
Because it being the pre-election season, inspectors refused to comment on the chaos.
Constructed in 1851, the southwest London jail now houses around 1,500 inmates.
