WHEN it comes to weddings, many brides and grooms can end up forking out a fortune for the big day.
However, one savvy shopper raved about Shein’s neon signs for her nuptials – and the best part is they are totally customisable.
The signs start at £24.33 for personalised neon messages[/caption]
TikTok user @popsroadie_ showed how she had picked up a neon sign saying their family name – The Bucklands
She wrote: “I kept seeing brides talk about Shein’s customisable neon lights.
“Obvs had to order.”
She paid £48 for her sign and said she was “hoping” she hadn’t wasted the money while she waited for it to arrive.
The bride-to-be told followers that her ordered sign was 28 inches in the font “Brittany Signature.”
On the Shein website, the USB-powered sign has a number of options and prices, starting from £24.33 for 18 inches and eight letters.
The most expensive option starts at £39.98 for 30 inches and 18 letters.
Thankfully when it arrived the bride said she was over the moon.
She wrote: “Well SHEIN have outdone themselves with this.
“Can confirm it was packaged securely.”
Opening the parcel, she said: “Ohh…this looks good. Ok obsessed.”
The bride shared how she had seen similar customisable signs that cost over £150 more than what she paid, so she had saved herself a lot of cash.
She shared: “They are such a bargain!!”
The neon signs on Shein have a 4.82 out of five rating, with many people raving about them in the comments.
One shopper wrote: “Exceeded my expectations.
Shein has numerous five-star reviews for the neon signs[/caption]
“Took the gamble getting one from shein and also with not many reviews and it paid off it’s perfect!
“So glad I didn’t pay hundreds for one on another website!
“Can’t wait to use for my wedding.”
Another said: “This custom sign is of the highest standard and was made and posted in 2 weeks.
“I’m super impressed and the price was so good, I priced different shops with custom signs prices as high as £300.”
What is Shein and is it legit?
Shein is an online-only fast-fashion retailer, based out of China, that has become a number one shopping destination for many around the world.
The company was valued at $66billion in 2023, dwarfing that of popular high street brands Zara and H&M.
The fashion retailer was founded in late 2008, by entrepreneur and marketing specialist Xu Yangtian, also known as Chris Xu.
Shein is a legitimate selling website and is not a phishing scam.
But you may receive a disappointing order or run into shipping issues if you order from the site, according to reviews.
There have been swathes of quality complaints, which makes sense when looking at the price tag.
