With the Love Is Blind season seven reunion just one day away, Stephen has taken it upon himself to cause a whole lot more drama with Monica and the Venmo argument they had at the end of their relationship. Their messy breakup was a result of Stephen sending dirty text messages to another woman during the co-habitation period of the show. After Monica found the texts, she ended things and demanded he Venmo her the money she’d spent “carrying his weight” the last couple of days.
Stephen originally took the Monica drama quite well and laughed at hundreds of Venmo requests he’d received from Love Is Blind viewers, but yesterday things took a nasty turn on his Instagram story.
Weeks after his departure from the show, Stephen is still discussing what happened between him and Monica. He asked his followers to guess how much they thought he owed Monica in the episode, and he finally revealed the true amount he sent her.
“It was $235 but she told me to round it up to $250 for ‘being a piece of s**t’ so I gave her the last $400 in my bank account since I guess she really needed it.” Sounds like a real gentleman.
He continued: “She covered me for half our groceries and a lunch for one day. It’s not that I didn’t have money, I was trying to save some money until the union kicked me back to work.” I guess these two will have a lot to hash out at the reunion which airs 30th October on Netflix.
