When Aspinall, 31, stepped up to the oche, he needed just 40, but frustration crept in when he missed his first two darts.
His first landed just below the double 20 before he then missed the double ten.
This sparked a furious reaction from Aspinall as he forcibly threw his final dart at the board.
The dart bounced off, and Aspinall could be heard apologising for his angry moment.
He went on to lose the match against Razma as he did not win another leg.
The clash ended in a 6-4 win to the Latvian who is 35 rankings behind the world No.8.
But it was Aspinall’s moment of rage that got fans talking on social media.
One posted: “Nathan Aspinall just lost his head massively there oh my god.”
