Orlando Pirates scored two stunning goals to secure a 2-0 win over TS Galaxy at Mbombela Stadium on Tuesday.
Thalente Mbatha opened the scoring with stunning low shot from outside the box early in the first half.
This was Mbatha’s only second goal in topflight football, and his first for the current campaign.
Then Relebohile Mofokeng was not to be outshone by his Pirates teammate in the second half as he also fired from outside the box to make it 2-0.
Mofokeng couldn’t have scored this brilliant goal on a better week as he is still celebrating his 20th birthday.

meanwhile, TS Galaxy had to finish the match with 10 men after Kamogelo Sebelebele was sent off in the second half.
The win sees Pirates maintain their 100 percent win record in the Betway Premiership this season.
Pirates have won all their opening six league games this term, meaning they’re currently sitting on 18 points.
The Buccaneers are six points clear of second-placed Mamelodi Sundowns who have played a game less.
Now, according to OptaJabu, Pirates have now equaled their own record of six wins in six opening league matches set during the 2002-03 season.
Interestingly, Pirates went on to win the league title that season.
